Very very weird smell
I really liked the ingredients but there is a terrible smell when you open it and he is reluctant to eat it. Unfortunately they shipped another one as I was trying to coax him to eat the first batch and they couldn't cancel the order and said it wasn't returnable.

Horse won't eat it
I have been trying to get my horse to eat it for several days. He absolutely won't touch it, even with molasses and sugar added to it. I really wanted an all-in-one for him as he's a senior who gets trail ridden a lot. I'm pretty disappointed since SmartPak claims their feeds are picky eater approved, and I have two months' worth of it in SmartPaks that I can't return. A suggestion: How about having the ability to send out samples to see if horses will actually eat the feed before we buy it? I'd even pay a small fee for a sample if I could do so.

Best all around supplement U can buy 4older horses
Started my two mature horses on this 10 months ago and im so happy I did. Hoof growth quality is the best! Cracks in hoof completely gone and great quality of strength of hoof wall. Good continued support for rehabilitation from an knee injury.

Horse won’t eat it
Horse won’t eat it…he pick around it. I can sometimes get him to eat it is I make a mash with it & copious amounts of alfalfa pellets. He was eating the Smartflex, so I guess I’ll be switching back to that

Great supplement! Small issues!
I’ve had my 12yo OTTB gelding on this for over a year at this point, he used to eat it all, but recently he doesn’t like the taste anymore! So, I’m not sure if something changed? or if something needs to change in the taste factor? I think it’s partially due to how they have to eat so much, so if the taste is just ‘ok’ they just refuse to eat that much, so maybe this one isn’t picky eater approved. Here’s to hoping something changes, otherwise this is just more motivation to put him on a cheaper & tastier alternative.
Supplement wise I’m impressed! His coat is definitely much better, but I can’t say he’s had any improvements in the hoof and mane department, we didn’t see any improvements until we added farriers formula. His gut and stomach seems normal, just like when we had him on one of the Smartpak gut supplements (which healed his ulcers! awesome stuff!). as far as joints go, my horse used to have a joint that clicked, but ever since we’ve had him on any Smartpak joint supplement I’ve heard nothing!
Overall, I love this company, so do my parents thanks to the fast shipping, and much more affordable prices! I wouldn’t ever consider buying supplements anywhere else, and I plan to use Smartpaks for any horse I have near and far into the future! Cheers to you Smartpak team!

The best all-in-one supplement
I wanted to put my horse on something that qualified for SmartPak’s ColiCare, and researched the qualifying supplements extensively. Ultimately, I decided these were the best and most comprehensive. My horse was definitely aware they were mixed into her feed and gave them a good sniff first but ending up eating them, and after about a week she would eat them right off the top without even needing to mix them. I feel so much relief knowing that she’s getting a comprehensive supplement to cover all of her needs.

Horse won't eat it
I like the idea of having a multipurpose supplement. However, my horse really does not like the scent and flavor of the SmartCombo Ultimate. Now my horse won't eat any feed at all or go near the feeder.

Works Great on Senior Horse
I have a 19yr old quarter horse that we still compete in cowboy mounted shooting. He came out of the winter a little lackluster and didn't have great muscle tone. I didn't want to just keep throwing feed at him so we put him on this supplement. After two months he has great muscle tone, shiny, dapples and looks like he is 10 again.
