Great product!
My horse is forage based and decided that his timothy pellets were boring. I bought this to see if I could get him to start eating again. He has been devouring his meals since! The gallon pump is a life saver as far as quantity and mess. Great product and will be continuing!

Great idea! Had high hopes for this product.
My 19y/o Paso Fino was diagnosed with IR and recently had a second episode of laminitis. Even though we have restricted his diet and and turnout over the last few years, even now he is wearing a grazing muzzle in January in Pennsylvania, The vet recommended we try Metformin, which while does not have great absorption for horses, I was willing to try. The pills were large and the dosage when crushed was about 1.5 Tbls. This was mixed into 4oz of ration balancer. He ate it once, and that was it. I think the amount of medication overpowered the masking abilities of the sweetner. If the amount of feed volume had been greater, I think there would have been better result.

Great substitute for Gatorade
My horse in sometime be a difficult drinker in the winter. I add this to warm water and he drinks it immediately. I use to use Gatorade powder but love this option due to the sugar content or lack there of for my laminitic horse.

My stallions hates it
Bought hoping it would keep my stallion interested in his grain during warm weather.
But sadly he won't even touch his grain if this is added.

Easy to use
My horse stopped eating his supplements and mixing this into it was a quick and easy fix to get him to eat it. It’s strong but works well.

Didn't work :(
My mare typically isn't a super picky eater, but since being diagnosed with EPM has been refusing to take her Vitamin E. I was hoping this would help her to eat it, but unfortunately she refuses to touch anything that has this as well, even the supplements that she normally eats fine.
Since she wouldn't eat it, I though I could use it for training my yearling to like "dewormer", but she would rather take a tube of dewormer over this stuff.
On the bright side, one of my dogs likes it, so maybe they just need to change their target market!

I ordered this to get my horse to eat hoof supplements. While waiting for it to come he began eating his supplement so I passed it on to a friend whose horse would not eat his supplements. Her horse loves it. He actually begs her for more and yes he now eats his supplements.
