Pleasantly surprised!
I love these fly sheets for my horses. I didn't think I would and thought I would be calling the company within a week to make use of their lifetime warranty. My two geldings seem to like wearing them. I am not using nearly as much fly spray as without them and the uv protection is nice to protect their coats from sun damage. One of my horses chews at his winter and rain blankets and he seems to like wearing this. I'm so pleasantly surprised.

Sharp dressed horse
I bought this on a great sale at the encouragement of a friend that really liked hers. I already have a fly sheet that I like, but I tried this for the purported “currying” effect. I haven’t really seen this in action. I’ve put it on my horse post-ride, and the next day he still had sweat crusts.
I still use it as a protective sheet and to reduce grooming time. He also looks quite dapper in it (even if he’s got grumpy face)

Fits perfectly!
My pony has always been hard to fit—13.3h, short backed, and slabb-sided. This sheet fit perfectly. The new design is better than the old Kensington and the size is more accurate. The green is beautiful on my girl.

3 Weeks, Already Ripped
I purchased this fly sheet less than a month ago and it's already got non-seam rips along the back left hip. No repair kit was included, nor do I know how I would go about repairing it on my own, due to the unique material. Extremely disappointed, especially at this price point. I expected a lot better.

Its my invisible groomer.
when I return from 4-5 hour trail ride especially in winter (although this is desert, it gets cold too) my horse does not like a shower. I scrape what sweat I can and put on the Kensington.
If necessary, a medium/to heavier blanket at night...next day I usually have a pretty clean and happy horse. My two horses get a new Kensington every 1-2 years. One small problem. I have to insert /sew in soft material on the insides where the buckles create a very heavy, ruff area at the shoulder and rub off the hair. Kensington reps nicely tried to explain that gaited horses simply have a different build and create their own problem... I still love the
Protective sheets and deal with it.

Started fraying after a few wears
I previously purchased an Original Kensington fly Sheet and it lasted me (on same horse) for almost five years. When I saw that Smartpak had its own Kensington fly sheet at a slightly cheaper price, I figured it was a win win. Unfortunately, after a weeks of wear, the Sheet began fraying at several points along the back. This sheet won’t last me another season for sure. Very disappointed in the lack of durability that is typically expected of a Kensington. Next year I will go back to buying the original version, not Smartpak’s version.

Great Fly Sheet
I bought this blanket after purchasing another brand and it ripping within the first week. My horse is not the easiest on his blankets and I have been very happy with this one. It is not showing any signs of wear and my horse has been wearing it every day since it came in the mail about 3 weeks ago.

Didn’t work long-term
Bought a year and a few months ago and it’s pretty tattered (was hoping it would last through a couple summers.) It’s beautiful and does it’s job while it is intact. After one summer, all but 2 of the clasps are broken. The clasps rip holes in the sheet. The mask’s padding has separated from the mesh part, so bugs can get in. Smartpak couldn’t help me with a replacement because it was a couple months after a year from buying it.
For the price point, I’ll probably go with a different sheet set for future summers.
