I would rate this product as excellent, except I haven't given it the "time" test. We have only had it on our horse a couple times, but it seems like good quality. Looks pretty and was a good price.

nice but doesn't last long
I really love the look and style of this bonnet, unfortunately it started losing rhinestones about halfway through the show season :( Due to the price I'll most likely buy another one and spray it with clear glue to see if that will help them stay on!

looks amazing!
I think crocheted/knitted ear bonnets can look sloppy, especially with too much bling. Also, I didnt know if black would be alright on a darker bay. I was so happy to see that its perfect! It looks and fits wonderfully and has the right amount of sparkle

Best hat for the money!
The quality, fit, and finish on this product is incredible. I took a chance because the price was great, and I am happier with them than many other bonnets that I have paid much more for in the past!

Great Quality
My gelding looks fantastic in it and it fits really well. I've not had any issues with crystals falling off, which has happened with other brands in the past, though I have only hand washed it as I find that even on a gentle wash crystals end up coming loose and didn't want to risk it with this bonnet. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice Fit
I love the fit and materials of the actual bonnet. I only used it 3 times and many of the crystals came off from use. About a 1/3 of them came off after a washing and drip dry. I bought for shows but it will probably only be used at home now.

LOVE IT!
Have purchased two of these for my daughter's horse and she and he both love them. Really pretty and seem to fit over ears and under bridle comfortably. Had them embroidered with her horse's name and they look great! Washing instructions say you can wash on delicate in washing machine; however, I do not recommend as I lost a few of the crystals. I will hand wash only from now on.

Love the option to customize!
I bought two of these one for each of my show horses and I love that I could have them customized! I got their names on them in the same color as the veil, which turned out nice but subtle as I had hoped. The spandex ears is an interesting feature, I'm not fond of where the seam is on them but that's me nitpicking. The rhinestones are glued onto a ribbon and I'm not sure it will hold up to heavy wear but overall a great product for the price.

Ba-da-bling!
This was out of stock for sometime, but I guess good things come to those who wait. It is a pretty snazzy headpiece, but can be blinding when it hits the light just right-- according to another competitor at a show recently. I have a quarter horse with average sized ears and head. I felt the fly veil to run a bit long and there was a more excess material to keep "tucked in" the poll area. Ears fit great, however. I would say that if your horse's noggin is on the larger size, this would be a great fit. If you have a cob, I would reconsider.

Yup, the stones fall off
On my second ride a bunch of the crystals fell off. I had stored it carefully in the plastic bag it came in, so they didn't fall off in the barn, they actually fell off while my horse was wearing it. Really disappointed, because otherwise this net fit great. I loved the stretchy ears, and when I first put it on he looked really snazzy. Upon reading the reviews (AFTER I bought it), I am surprised that SmartPak still has this in their product inventory, because I have always trusted them to provide high quality merchandise. I will be sending it back to exchange it for something without sparkles.

Stunning fly veil
I have to say I was skeptical about ordering this fly veil because some reviews said the rhinestones fall out. I've only used the veil once and have had no problems with it. It's beautiful on my horse! Also, the price was great. If some of the rhinestones fall off I will just glue some more on!

Loved it but the sparkles came off in a week
This was such a nice looking product, fits well. I have a bay and it looked quite sharp. However the sparkles came off within a week. Very disappointed.

Rhinestones fell off after 1st ride!!!
I received this yesterday and put it on my horse for a lesson last night. When I took the bonnet off the rhinestones literally fell off in my hand. So disappointing!!! Fit was great but now I have to find some glue and buy more stones.

Loved it until rhinestones fell off..
This bonnet is STUNNING, but the first time I washed it (with a few sets of polos so there would be soft stuff to keep it from banging around) 23 of the rhinestones fell off.. And I've found that it doesn't stay under the bride very well (but it might just be because my horse has massive ears). So..for future buyers.. Only hand wash it!

Bling fell off before I even got it
This looks like a nice fly bonnet overall. I like the stretchy material on the ears and the crochet portion of it is attractive as well. However, several of the rhinestones on it had fallen off in the bag before I even opened it, and a couple more fell off when I took it out to look at it more closely.

Just bought this bonnet last month and it's GORGEOUS. Love the stretchy ears (especially because they actually fit my horse's giant ears!) and all the sparkle! Got a TON of compliments on it at a show this weekend, and for that price?? AWESOME. If you want to add a little sparkle to your horse's wardrobe affordably, this is the bonnet to go with!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and when I ordered it, I found out it was on back order. I was a little upset because I needed it for a show that was going to be a week and a half after I order it. I emailed Smartpak and they helped me out by giving me other suggestions on what I could order that was similar. I didn't order anything else because my trainer told me that when it was my turn to show, that I could just use the one for her horse. Mine came in 2 days before the show(even on back order) and was amazing quality!! Unfortunately the show that I had put so much hassle into getting ready for, was cancelled due to severe thunder storms and high winds... Stupid Mother Nature!! Overall it's working great for my mare and is just as nice as the $50 one my trainer has!!
