Seems to be working
Young mare went into race training a month ago. Trainer said she is happy and wants to work. So her belly must be happy!

Belly issues
My gelding has had 3 abdominal surgeries due to colic issues several years ago....recently he was suffering from gas colics frequently..finally i found this wonderful product that manages both areas of the gut....so far no more episodes...6 weeks now ! He seems happier & brighter as well...more willing & compliant...yes i do think it is connected to belly issues improving..he feels better !

Helped During the Winter
We weren't happy with the weight of my gelding before the winter. He was fairly thin, and we wanted him to have a bit more weight. He has had some stomach issues in the past with ulcers, and this really helped calm his stomach down, and help him gain tons of weight before it got really cold.

I bought this supplement for my gelding that I had treated for ulcers but he still had flank sensitivity and was biting his sides. Within 24 hours I could touch and groom his flanks without a bit of reaction and his flank biting is gone! I didn't have to wonder if it's working because the proof has been so obvious.

Best GI Supplement
My 13yr old gelding as been showing some mild GI distress. After talking with my vet we decided to do an omeprazole treatment. While I was waiting for the medicine to ship in I thought it'd be savvy to try Aloe Vera Juice. My gelding had a HORRID reaction from it and I ordered SmartGI Ultra immediately. This has helped bring my gelding back to normal. He'll be on it during and after omeprazole ulcer treatment. When it comes to the gut, you shouldn't mess around. SmartGI Ultra is the best of the best, no other product on the market compares.

Wonderful Results
I began using this a couple moths ago on my 22 year old roping gelding. He had chronic loose stool and I couldn't keep it under control. I had started him on SmartDigest last year. It wasn't too long after starting SmartDigest and he got loose again. After rounds of antibiotics and other meds I finally got him better. SmartGI kept him well though. He hasn't had any issues since starting this product. I intend to keep him on it long term. He is a picky eater and loves the pellets! Highly recommend.

Great Product!
I love this product, worked well on two of my guys that have crumbly pooh and can be a tad ulcery. However, it is very expensive to have multiple horses on. So have had to go with a different product. However, if it was more affordable, I'd totally have them all on it!

Helped my filly
I came up on this product scanning the internet in an effort to find something to help a debilitated 2 year old filly that I had rescued. She had terrible diarrhea and was losing weight quickly. I had already started her on a name brand feed but could not see that it was helping a lot. I spoke extensively to Melissa at Smart Pak and she was so helpful and recommended the Ultra pellets. Although it did not work as quickly as I would have liked, I am now coming up on the 60 day mark and I can tell a difference in the horse. Her stools are still a little looser than I would like, but she does have formed ones in her poop and she is gaining weight and here eyes are bright and she was even bucking yesterday. All in all, I think this stuff is doing the job and hope that we can downgrade to a cheaper version on the next order. The only drawback is the price of the ultra.

The Solution to my FEI Schoolmaster's weight issue
My 24-year-old FEI schoolmaster had developed ulcers and even after treating them, he would not put on weight. He has started month two of SmartGI Ultra Pellets and has already gained weight and is beginning to look like his old self and have the energy to continue to teach my young students! A true God send.

Love It!
I put my sensitive young mare on this product about six months ago and have been very happy with the results! She is picky as well and she always eats it, which is a big plus. She hasn't had any stomach issues since I put her on smart gut.

Not picky eater approved unfortunately
I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately my horse would not eat it. It is listed as picky eater approved and I wouldn't call my chincoteague a very picky eater but he hated this stuff. I tried breaking it into smaller doses and adding applesauce but he would leave most of his meal unfinished. It was counterproductive to getting him to eat his alfalfa pellets to help his belly for ulcers and once I stopped putting it in his meal he went back to eating. Disappointed but switched to smartDigest instead and so far so good on eating that but will not know how it works yet. Also using equishure which is easy to give by syringe and seems to have helped his symptoms (couldn't touch his chest or right side and angry when groomed, girthy). Love the Colicare and extra discount on other products.

My mare has alway been a hard keeper and prone to colic. She has been on this for 10 months and she finally can keep her weight and is alway drinking water. I highly recommend this product.

Couldn't be happier
I noticed the improvement in my gelding within a week of starting him on SmartGI. He is no longer crabby while grooming or riding and he seems happier overall. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a gut and digestive supplement. Picky eater approved!

Picky Eater Approved
Gave this a shot after going through multiple gut supplements and my 2009 OTTB gelding always eventually refusing to eat them. Did a short round of ulcergard after a massive weather swing sent him completely off grain (Nutrena Pro Force Fuel) and added this halfway through. He generally refuses to eat when you add ANYTHING new to his grain, but this he had no problems with and has continued to regularly clean up. Only been on it a few weeks, but we again went through a huge weather swing (50s to blizzard and almost 2' of snow and it'll be mid 60s this weekend) and he hasn't even thought about coming off his feed this time. He's held his weight, even put on some to the point I had to let out surcingles on a liner I use occasionally, and seems generally happier.
Use this in conjunction with Quiessence.

Improved manure consistancy immediately
My horse has only been on SmartGI Ultra for a couple months now but immediately I noticed that his manure consistency is much improved...he typically always had somewhat loose/watery manure but now he poops perfect, textbook healthy manure (nothing else has changed about his diet). We are upping our game next summer–competing and traveling more, which will demand a lot of his immune system. Seeing how quickly this supplement started working, I anticipate that it will help keep all systems running smoothly through the show season, minimizing stress-related illness and decrease the chance of ulcers developing. Very happy I found it! Also, my pony does not like the taste of some supplements I've tried (very frustrating when I spent a lot of money on them and then they end up getting eaten by his pasture-mate!), but this one he finds acceptably tasty and always finishes every last pellet.

Happy Horse.. Happy Owner
My horse was diagnosed with stomach and right dorsal colon ulcers. After inital treatment with a prescribed medication we switched to SmartGI Ultra. So far so good no ulcer reoccurance and my boy is happy as can be!

Peace of mind.
I just switched my 14-year old mare to Smart GI Ultra Pellets. She had colic surgery 10 years ago, and this is giving me confidence that I am doing everything possible to protect her hind gut and keep her healthy in her senior years.

I have heard about
SmartGI Ultra from the vets at the Cornnel Ruffian Clinic in Elmomt, NY.
My horse, Prince, recently had surgery for Guttural Pouch Mycosis.
He was not insured so the bill went on a credit card. Anyway I feel that having the colic care as a back up is well worth the money.
Prince is doing well and will recover fully from the nerve damage from the fungus.

It Really, REALLY Does Work
My 10-year old QH show gelding (I have bred and raised him) has had mild colic episodes whenever the weather changes, mostly in the spring and again in the fall. He acts like he's colicy, I walk him for about 45 minutes, he passes gas and then he's fine. I've tried other stomach supplements but nothing worked. I put him on the SmartGI Ultra the winter of 2015 and he has not had one stomach episode since. I'M SOOOO THRILLED. My husband says he'll never come off the SmartGI Ultra. Its worth its weight in Gold :)

Smart GI Ultra Pellets
I started my eight year old Paint on Smart GI two months ago. He was under weight when I bought him, needed to be wormed and ulcer meds. Since starting him on Smart GI and giving him good hay, he has gained weight and he is a much happier horse. I would highly recommend this product.

Prevent Colic
I purchased my first container a month ago. My horse starts to act funny then pre-colics. Meaning it doesn't go full bore and need to go hospital.
My vet was able to stop both of his last episodes. So bought this & to date he loves these pellets & his gut sounds are great.
This product is worth it weight in gold.

Totally Different Horse
Honey, my awesome lesson pony, started to act like a jerk. SmartPak and I tried everything to figure out a change--put her on Regumate, put her on SmartCalm and other calming meds, nothing. Nothing! My perfect, sweet horse had turned crazy, and we couldn't figure out what was wrong. Finally, the representative and I talked about this stuff--it's a miracle treatment. Truly. It gave me my sweet little lesson pony back. She no longer tries to bite at people who pick her hooves or tighten the girth around her middle. I love my little pony. She's wonderful. This makes me happy.
