Great - all in one supplement!
I've fed the Smart Flex Senior for several years to various horses...love the fact that the combo has the hoof supplement included! I've noticed a big difference in my horse's hoof growth - and so easy to have to feed one supplement and cover all the bases!

Not a lot of change
My 22 year old Barrel mare has been in this for a month and a half and haven't noticed a big difference. The only thing I have noticed is her hocks do not pop and crack as bad as they use too.

Energy and movement improved
My 21 year old mare had been on this and smart gain for a month. There have been many factors in her recent recovery, but the biggest difference came with the addition of the senior pellets. Her energy level is amazing, and she's moving freely and forward so well that it's sometimes a little hard to half halt her back! I'm very impressed with this supplement.

Great product! Great value!
I purchased this product for my approx. 20 year old large QH cross gelding who has some problems with intermittent lameness, hoof cracking, and occasional stiffness. He seems to be doing so much better already as far as lameness and stiffness goes. I have no doubt that the hoof cracking will also resolve with a bit more time, as it hasn't been long enough yet to show in the hooves. They have definitely hardened up nicely so far though! This product is also a great value! My horse has eaten it no problem right from day 1!

I got this mainly as a hoof supplement that would double as a general daily supplement. Seems good so far! Can't comment on how it has affected hooves yet as those will take awhile to grow. No problems from my horse on eating it. Really love the smartpak service.

Great for my AQHA 1992 senior guy
I have a 17 hands senior gelding that suffered a seemingly hopeless and horrible clostridia attack in 2009. He survived and senior pellets are helping to improve his mobility. He is one lucky survivor .

Great and Easy Product
Most of my packs had been damaged and spilled. I was supposed to get a refund and never received it. I don't think it is very easy to adjust the frequency of your auto ship. I only need like every other month. I do love the quality of the supplement, my horse loves it.

I see improvement already !
Since my 18 yr old gelding has been on this supplement he has been warming up quicker and seems happier in his work. His weight looks great and his coat is so shiny. It has been really cold here and he doesn't seem stiff at all. We'll see how his feet do this spring. They're usually great all winter. Then when it starts getting warmer and wet his feet get sensitive to rocks on the trail.

Noticed improvement in my mare's hoofs
Bought this for my aged mare - who still plays polo on a limited basis. Her feet were crumbly and although she was fit - I wanted her to start on some joint supplement. Found the Senior Smart Combo was the perfect option / combination. Noticed signs of improvement in her growth bands within a month and no cracks on the hoof walls

Worked Wonders!!
I originally started with just a joint supplement for my 16 year old Paint not that he really needs it but we do alot of eventing and jumping so I wanted to play it safe. And for a couple months we always had hoof problems he was pulling shoes every other week and his hoofs would crumble on the edges and it was quite frustrating to keep having the farrier come out. He recommended a hoof supplement so I saw this and noticed it was a combined with joint and hoof so why not try it out? So with help from the farrier we changed his shoe and put less nails and also had him just start the smart combo senior and after a month I saw a huge difference and here we are 5 months down he road using this and his hoofs look absolutely perfect and we haven't lost a shoe since. Highly recommend !

Glad I took the plunge
I recently rescued my senior gelding from a tough situation. He was under-weight and arthritic. I decided to invest in a supplement for him and am glad I found this one. He's doing great! I'm already seeing a difference in his pain and stiffness, and he's gaining weight well.

Best thing I ever did for my old girl!
I have been using this Smartpak for a few years. My horse is pushing 30 and you name it, she's done it. Founder, broken bones, navicular, EPM...1000 pound vet bill. She had always been shod due to bad feet and as an OTTB she does also have arthritis. 9 months ago my farrier felt we could pull her shoes due to the massive improvement to her hooves and had not had a lame day since. She is happy healthy and pain free. She had always been prone to bruising and abscesses and (knock on wood) she has had 1 abscess since I put her on this supplement and it was just a couple months in. For years the rule has been "As long as she is happy, healthy and pain free she will be with me." and I think this supplement has a lot to do with it.

So far so good.
I've only been giving my 21 year old quarter horse Smartcombo senior for a couple months, but she's already shown an increased level of energy. She always gets runny stool during the winter months, so we will see if that clears up this year, if winter ever gets here. I choose Smartcombo senior because it offered more comprehensive coverage of what a senior horse needs. She was getting a hoof supplement and a joint supplement and I wanted to add digestive support. This has all of the above and more. Plus she eats it right out of my hand.

Perfect for being proactive!
My arab gelding is 22 but acts as though he is 5 or 6. I switched him over to SmartCombo Senior not because he "needs" supplements but because I want my kids to be able to ride him well into his 30's. Staying on top of his body's needs is what this supplement does. It's great if you want to be proactive about your older horses needs but don't want to feed multiple supplements or spend a ton each month.

Vet and farrier are happy with my horse's progress
Our vet read the label and was very happy with the combination of ingredients. Our farrier approved and said it would also improve my mare's coat. Her feet are much better, her long coat is soft and shiny, and at the age of 39, her digestive system remains strong.

My horse loves it
My horse is 17 yr old barrel horse cowboy has won me a lot so I try to give him the best he loves this stuff he can smell it from a Mile away I swear I haven't got to ride him much while he's on it but looks like he feels good ! He's always been a pretty easy keeper an well behaved but he's started to get sore an take a few days to recover after running at a rodeo we used seabuck 7 an senior Feed I will never go back I don't get the do I have to eat this look anymore I get the give me more :)!

Great product!
I've used this product on several horses and it's a great overall supplement. I tried it on a 35 year old pony who had arthritis and after about a week she was running around like a teenager! They ate it well too.

Great combo for overall joint and hoof supplements
started with smart paks but found I could not open packages easily due to arthritis in fingers - so I chose the combo form for joints/hoof for my 30yr. old polo pony.
