Very Happy horse and owner
Inbthe spring I added this supplement to my SmartPak order due to my mare getting a sore on her belly every spring and summer due to flies. No matter how much I sprayed her it happened. I started treating with cortisone and swat but if I didn't do it everyday the sore came back. After adding smartbugoff ultra to her feed the sore healed up, hair has grown back and flies are minimal. Very happy with it

It is Working!
My mare has been on this for a month now. Before starting the supplement she had visible itchy bug bites even though I carefully spray her with fly spray. She was terribly itchy and rubbing out her mane and scratching her tail. After 1 month, no bumps from bites, her mane is starting to grow back and her tail has not been rubbed out. I still continue to use fly spray, fly ointment and mosquito dunks. This works great as part of an all over approach to bugs and horse comfort!

Easy to give to horses
I am on my second month of this supplement. It doesn't protect my horses from all Flys. I will feed it for one more month to see what happens.

I was a little skeptical at first how would this work, Buzz has been on the Bug Off for his first smart pack 28 days and I can see a difference. I will continue use as long as I can see results. So far they are great.

Supplements
I needed to do something different with my senior horses so after months of debating I finally made the phone call and talk to a representative. The first set of pellets that I got for my two horses helped a lot but I could still notice there were no significant changes with one horse: he is a.senior horse with pituitary problems not just something like insulin resistance. My other horse who is about 22 years old was still very excitable and actually even seemed more nervous and spooky which is not her tendency. So I contacted again and we
made some adjustments. Since the first order of SmartPak supplements now into the third order I have definitely been able to
notice more changes and improvement. My chunky Duncan is managing his weight better he still gets dry lots and grazing muzzle; he also has a winter coat he is nice and fuzzy which is very atypical. My little Duchess who was a neglected mistreated broodmare for 15 years and a junkyard has actually started growing her mane and tail and has a nice haircut and is doing a whole lot better with her supplements.

Easy and Effective Fly Control!
The ease of this insect defense supplement is, bar none, number one! I have kept my pony, Pumpkin, home until recently. My husband is a non-horse person and flies are not an option. It is the best natural fly control that I have found. I do not like using chemical-based repellents on my horses and SmartBug-Off® Ultra Pellets - Equinox 365 keeps Pumpkin comfortable and my husband happy. Love the ease of feeding SmartPaks. The Equinox is year-round wellness and flies support. The plan, depending upon your location, automatically changes from insect support/skin support in warm weather to continued skin support in the colder temps. The system has your horse covered year-round, worry-free.
The SmartBug off Ultra has garlic and apple cider vinegar to help deter the bugs from biting. It has MSM to help with normal inflammation response and Omega 3 to aid in skin support. The Diatomaceous Earth inhibits flies from breeding. With my picky pony, I was worried about the garlic. The SmartBug off Ultra is a pellet and highly palatable. There were no issues with Pumpkin licking his bucket clean.
Pumpkin recently moved from Massachusetts to Southern Florida to be with my granddaughter. That was worry-free as well. With him changing regions so does his Equinox program. Not sure yet if it is working
I have been using the pellets for my three horses for about two months. The flies seem to be fewer in number but it has done nothing for the gnats. The gnats this year are awful and the bellies of my horses have been bleeding, being attacked by as many as a hundred or so at a time. However, I think that the anti-inflammatory properties of this product are very good and I am considering using the 365 regimen for the overall health of my horses.

Product works
I have used the product for a month on my three horses. They have almost completely stopped rubbing their hair off scratching on everything. The smell took a while for them to get use to.

Great results quickly
I tried this for my new horse when we saw that he was pacing the fence, kicking at flies, and acting desperate to get in the barn. I figured that Smart Bug-off was worth a try, and we were surprised to see that my horse got almost immediate relief, and it got better and better over time. I still use fly spray, but the combination made my horse so happy to graze in his paddock...so worth it!

The jury is still out.
I thought I'd try the SmartBug-Off Ultra Pellets because I can't keep a fly mask on my horse. She eats them okay but not sure they are working. The flies are less now so she isn't being bothered by them. Hopefully they are doing their job.

Very effective!
My horse gobbles this up and it REALLY works. Her was standing right next to a horse in the pasture, no flies on him, lots on his friends who doesn’t get this.

The Best Ever
The Bug Off Pellets are easy to use and taste great to my very picky eaters, every pellet is consumed when I check the feeders. Works great on the flies and will continue to use during the bug season. I highly recommend the product, the best that I have used so far.

Works well!
I bought this for the first time last month. My horse was terribly troubled by flies last year and developed hives and skin sensitivity. So far this year he hasn't had hives and whole the flies are still around they don't seem to be as much of a problem. No major sensitivities.

Good results !!

No difference
Decided to try this product out as my mares struggle with being fly sprayed. Unfortunately I saw no difference with the use of this product. I used this product from late spring all through the summer months. It was palatable however, as my mares can be very picky and they ate it happily. Just disappointing that it had no effect for them.

Took 3 Months But It Works
I wasn’t sure about this product but seeing others say that if it didn’t work, they were given a refund, I figured why not? It took three months to start working but now I absolutely believe it’s working great! I hardly even use fly spray on my OTTB now!

Excellent product
My OTTB has sensitive skin & develops hives from bug bites. Since using this product his skin has been clear & no stamping of his feet to dislodge the flies. I am very happy with my purchase.

Just Don't.
I used this for a few months. Doesn't do a thing. Tried feeding in am, in pm, at lunch time. Nothing helped. Absolutely no difference. Very disappointed that I spent money on it for a few months. Trying to keep weight on a hard keeper is hard in summer with the flies. Was hoping it would help.

Great so far!
I brought my new 8 y/o OTTB up from Virginia to SE Michigan just over a month ago and almost immediately he was covered in huge,sensitive welts from the flies. Back in VA he went out in a full fly sheet with hood but due to heat/humidity concerns, I did not want to put him in the same setup; after just a month his welts have gone away completely. Flies still occasionally bother him while working (he is a heavy sweater and I think he sweats off his fly spray fairly quickly), but no more welts is more than worth it!
