SmartPak Equine is becoming SmartEquine.

What started as a smart way to feed supplements has evolved into something much bigger: the #1 Equine Health Brand trusted by horse owners, veterinarians, and barn professionals across the country. SmartEquine better reflects the full scope of who we are and the future we’re building. It’s a name that puts your horse front and center, just like we always have.

Our name may be changing, but the best parts of SmartPak Equine that you know and love aren’t going anywhere.

SmartPaks will continue to deliver customized, convenient, and consistent daily horse supplements to barns across the country. Our ColiCare program will still offer peace of mind with up to $15,000 in colic surgery reimbursement when you combine eligible supplements with routine veterinary care. Plus, our SmartSupplements™, are still backed by science, formulated with care, and held to standards set by our toughest critics: our own horses.

Most importantly, the people behind SmartEquine haven’t changed. Our team is made up of real horse owners, riders, and industry professionals who understand what it means to do right by a horse and show up every day ready to help you do the same.

Our dedication to innovation also shows up in the specialized formulations we create to meet specific horse health needs, and as a science-forward brand, we base our formulas on ingredients backed by research. We’re expanding our presence in retail stores across the country, making it easier than ever to find SmartSupplements right when you need them. Whether you’re restocking a barn favorite from our tried-and-true SmartFlex® line of joint support or trying something new like a pelleted electrolyte, you won’t have to wait for a delivery to get the trusted products your horse depends on. This kind of convenient, in-person access is just another way we’re making horse care simpler, faster, and more connected to your everyday life.

Our teams are also more present than ever across the country. We’re attending equine health events, such as the Equine Science Society Symposium, and major competitions, like the Kentucky Three-Day Event. We’re sponsoring professional riders, educational opportunities for veterinarians and farriers, as well as local horse shows. From our Health and Marketing Teams to our SmartBarn Support and Customer Care Team, we’re more committed than ever to learning from other equine industry professionals, fellow horse people, and each other. • Will my SmartPak account or subscription be affected?
  • No! Any order history information, horse information, subscriptions, and ColiCare coverage will be preserved in your account with no interruption of service.
• Will you still offer SmartPerks for SmartPaks users?
  • Yes! The SmartPerks program will remain as the same collection of FREE benefits that you get when you put your horse's supplements on AutoShip*.
• Will I still receive emails and communications from SmartPak?
  • Yes! As we continue to roll out this change, emails, catalogs, postcards, and other communications will come from SmartEquine or email addresses that end in @mail.smartpak.com.
• Will you still have SmartPaks for sale?
  • Yes! SmartPaks are going to remain the same custom, convenient, consistent supplement feeding solution you love and will not change.
• What’s happening to all of your other non-supplement products?
  • Our product offering will be more focused on horse health and wellness going forward. That means improving the products that matter most - like blankets, fly gear, and therapy solutions - while prioritizing comfort, recovery, and seasonal care. This refined offering let's us spend more time and effort on researching new therapies and ingredients for our products.
• Are you only selling supplements now?
  • No! We will continue to have horse wellness and barn gear on our website. Our Ultimate Blankets, Water Bucket Covers, OutSmart® Fly Spray, and SmartTherapy® lines are just a few of the great products that will still be available for purchase.
