Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feet never slip Very comfortable, love the width of foot and flexability. My boots are pretty smooth on bottom and slide with regular rubber treds but the don't budge with these stirrups!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Stirrups I bought these for a dressage saddle. I love them! They are very lightweight but I never have to worry about losing them. I have the MDC stirrups on my jumping saddle and I am thinking about replacing them with these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous stirrups! My 12 year old put these stirrups on a few days before a Hunter Show and easily made the transition from basic stirrups to these. She has always fussed with her stirrups and lost them frequently, even with her heels down. The grating and the flex on these stirrups really helped her feel secure. The black color actually blends in for a nicer look in the Equitation ring. I bought a 2nd pair for myself! Love these...Great buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great purchase I am a trainer and have ridden in the Springer jointed stirrups for years. Speaking of the benefits of the jointed stirrups in general I think it makes a huge difference with leg position, I have all but one of my clients in them. For me it really helps my knee pain etc, I notice a huge difference if I ride in someone's saddle who doesn't have jointed stirrups. One of my clients has these stirrups and I really like the look and the lightweight feel, so when it came time to replace my stirrups I went with these. I really am glad I did, I love them. The material of these also seems to hold up better, appearance wise, than the Springer stirrups.Of course I wish all of these stirrups were cheaper but I highly recommend them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Composite Stirrups Out There! I was a little iffy seeing the price on these babies, especially when there are other composite stirrups for about one tenth the price all over the place. But I was very interested in the flexible part not only for the innovative concept of shock absorption but also in case I needed to make an unscheduled emergency dismount I figured that I would have a much better time getting out of these than any other, and though I (thankfully) haven't had a chance to test their ability not to get me into the hospital, they've delivered everything that was promised and more! They're very sleek and stylish (a must for all stirrup irons as it turns out) though I was pleasantly surprised that the actual product didn't match the picture, it shows the "flexi" part being a light brown in contrast to the black of the iron, when it's actually all a nice matte black, you can't even tell that the flexible part is there unless you're right up close.I also noticed an improvement in my knees the first time I rode with them, as well as finding it MUCH easier to keep a proper leg position while in a posting trot/ two point position because of the almost bouncy quality to these irons. All in all, though the price is a little daunting, I now swear by these and recommend them to everyone from my friends to strangers at shows.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never USE anything else EVER again I was having some knee issues with my non flex stirrups. Bought these and loved how light weight they are also perfect amount of bend and no more knee issues.Don't buy the cheaper version the stirrup pads dont have the same surface area and your foot will slip out. These have a little hang over with grating. This allows for the right amount of contact with your boot sole. Some have to much but these have NEVER marked my saddle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfortable! Was concerned that they were too light weight at first, but doesn't affect lower leg position. Very comfortable on the ankles!
