The Fine Print
We love our products and we're happy to take them back - even custom items. We'll happily take back everything from engraved halters to personalized jackets - even embroidered blankets that have been worn (minus the manure, please). But there are a few things we have to restrict returns on (silly federal regulations).
Undergarments
Health regulations require that undergarments (including bras) need to be in new condition (tags and packages intact) in order to be returned. (Even if it wasn't required, do you really want to shop from a store that takes back used undergarments?!)
Saddles
As riders, we know what a big investment a saddle is. That's why we're proud to offer the best Test Ride program in the business. You can keep our Test Ride saddles risk-free for five days, to really make sure you like the fit and the feel. We know that to truly try a saddle, you have to really ride in it. So go ahead and girth it up. Forget about wrapping your stirrup leathers. Try it with or without a saddle pad. Basically, treat it like you already bought it, so you can make sure you really want to. Because when you buy a saddle from us, we want to make sure you love it. Of course, we want our other customers to love their new saddles, too.
That's why we have a Test Ride option for each saddle we carry - so that all of the other saddles can stay in pristine condition, waiting for their new owners. For this reason, if you purchase a saddle outside the Test Ride program, it's still eligible for return, but must be free from any marks or damage.

Healthy chewing for puppy
I buy these for my now 8 month old Mini Aussie who is an avid chewer. She absolutely loves them! The ones from SmartPak run a little differently in size than the ones I've gotten from other places. Going by weight, I got her the XL here and it was about the same as the mediums I've gotten elsewhere, for about the same price as the mediums elsewhere. This one lasted her a little longer though - she averages about 8-10 days on one, only getting it in the afternoons after her lunch. Her favorite part is the end when we make a "cheeto" out of the nub. Stick it in the microwave for about 1.15 minute and it puffs up. She waits rather impatiently for it to cool off then has the best treat ever (in her opinion.) I love that the ingredients are limited and no nylon, plastic, starches, sugars, etc. All in all, we are both extremely happy!

No smell!
I bought a two pack right when I got my puppy and he's really enjoyed them. They are his favorite thing to chew on besides bully sticks, which are stinky, and he goes through them way too fast to be practical for all the time. I wish I had gotten a much larger size because they seem to run short for the size recommendation. My dog will swallow the end of chews if given the opportunity so I had to pick these up pretty quickly after giving them because I didn't want an issue. My fault for getting the medium size for a growing puppy (10 pounds currently). Will be ordering extra large next time

My dogs are happy!
I have 2 dogs, a 9 year old collie who is almost 70 lbs and who isn't very interested in chewing, and a 1 year old giant schnauzer who is just shy of 100 lbs and LOVES to chew. I bought two of the x-large chews. My schnauzer immediately went to work on his and to my surprise, so did my collie! I took the chews away after a couple of hours because I didn't want the schnauzer to eat it all in one sitting. I'll give them back tomorrow. I was hoping they'd last longer but as an occasional treat they're great!

Rather disappointing on multiple levels
I bought this for my 11 month old Rottweiler puppy who goes through chews like nobody's business only to find that she wasn't THAT excited about it. A) It wasn't very interesting to her out of the package (and she LOVES new stuff) and B) it is so hard to chew that she lost interest very quickly (I think she likes shredding chews and this is very solid). Part two is that I found the same product in my local feed store for about 1/3 of what I paid to Smartpak! Definitely a bummer all the way around.

My dog won't let it go!
I have an American Bulldog who loves to chew but also can get bored quickly with her usual chews (antlers and horns). This was recommended to me by my local pet store and I bought it a few days ago. She has not stopped chewing on it since I gave it to her except when I actually take it away for a break. She LOVES IT. It's her only pass time now: eat, sleep, chew. She has worn it down to about 1/3 to 1/2 the size within 4 days. It can be a little messy as it flakes a bit on the floor. I don't mind much but others may. If you want to make your dog very happy, get this chew.
