Instructions for Use:
Do not apply directly over cuts, wounds, or irritated skin, apply only to areas around the cut, wound, or irritation. Use daily. Do not use on animals under 12 weeks. Consult a veterinarian before using this product on debilitated, aged, pregnant, nursing, or medicated animals. Sensitivities may occur after using ANY pesticide product for pets. If signs of sensitivity occur, bathe pet with mild soap and rinse with large amounts of water. If signs continue, consult a veterinarian immediately. Do not apply near eyes and mouth. Apply sparingly around ears. Wash hands with soap and water promptly after use.

I bought this about two weeks ago and had it piggy back with an 11 pound bag of Farrier's Formula. Unfortunately, the lid came unscrewed and the 100+F degrees we've been having caused the contents to melt all over the FF bag. No harm to the FF, and the inside of my truck smells great ... really, I don't mind. Bought another jar at a local feed store where I only risked my life to COVID-19. I gave y'all five stars because I really like your products and prices. Don't worry, I'll be back.

Excellent product!
I recently observed a person using Swat on her horse’s muzzle. What a great idea! It works perfectly to keep those pesky flies away from his nostrils and mouth. Whatever ointment is left on my hands, I wipe my hands around his eyes and cheeks. I previously used Swat on his wounds to keep flies away. Now I use it daily!!

Excellent product
I've used Swat for years and it's a must-have product for me and my horse. He spends nearly all of his time in the pasture, and I use it around his eyes and ears to keep the flies away so he doesn't have to wear a fly mask full time. It works excellently.

Ear relief!
My pasture-boarded mare’s ears are usually a nasty bloody mess by the start of summer. SWAT Clear has been the cure! No more head shyness during grooming and her ears are nice and clean. I apply about every 3-4 days and that seems to do the trick.

This product keeps the flies off my horse! I like that it is a ointment rather than a spray because it lasts longer and can be used in awkward places like the belly and on her face.

Works great!
Flies have been so bad this spring that my horse and donkey had sores on their legs llowed the sores to heal. The donkey is a rescue and is very suspicious of anything new, he accepted the Swat very quickly and stood perfectly still for me to put it on all four legs.

BEST Fly repellent
this is my go to when it comes to flies, especially around their legs. I have used sprays but SWAT is my most reliable fly repellent. I wish SWAT came in a spray.

Great for around sheath
This is a great bug repellant for around my horses sheath and belly button. It stays on for at least 3/4 days w/o needing it reapplied. This works amazing.

Love this stuff!
I started using this product this Spring and LOVE it! Its great for the non-hairy parts, like around my gelding's sheath area. For a week this Spring, he came in bloody from fly bites to that area. Ive been using Swat before turnout since then, and no more bloody fly bites! :)

I use this for my gelding whose sheath is apparently prime market for biting flies. Without Swat, he ends up with blood spatter on his hooves from all of the bug bites! Using Swat keeps him happy and me worry free.

The Jury is still out
Based on other reviews on here I ordered this to try to help my poor boy with all the bites he gets. I am not sure this helps or if its attracting more to his legs. I think it helps heal where the bites are but not sure it keeps the bugs away. Time will tell if this works.
