Not super accurate
Bought this, and pet weighing none of these are accurate with triple crown grains. It’s is a full cup to the brim for triple crown senior for 1 lb and a little under the 1/2 pound line for a true half pound of balancer. Other then that they’re good quality cups

I'll never use a traditional feed scoop again
I never quite understood why feed bags were giving servings in weight, but my feed scoop was measuring volume. I got a SureScoop, and wonder no more! Because it measures in weight, it allows me to follow the feed recommendations on the bag perfectly. The sure scoop has measurements for both pelleted feeds, as well as sweet/textured feeds, depending on which side of the scoop you are looking at. It has a convenient handle, and the printing hasn’t worn off at all. I’ve been really happy with this scoop overall, and will never go back to a traditional scoop.

Accurate weight for most grain
I recently had a nutritionist come out for my mare and she had made recommendations for daily feed in pounds. To make things easier for the feeders since I board my horse, I got this scoop so they could easily measure her grain so that she would get the correct amount. I will say it is a bit pricey for a plastic cup with some measurement labels, but it is pretty convenient.
