My guy LOVES them!
Firstly the smell of these is amazing! I use these for trick training, after a ride, or just whenever my gelding is being absolutely adorable. He is a very picky eater and gobbled these UP! Thank you Smartpak yet again for being the BEST!!

Fresh ones are much better
My horse had interest in the watermelon sorbet flavor after trying them, but she LOVED the peppermint pattie ones! Her favorite unhealthy treat is peppermint candies, so I was thrilled to find an alternative that she was as excited about. I ordered another couple bags, and she was not very interested in the second round - those bags had a "best buy" date of 7/2022, while the first batch was fresher, with a date of 4/2023. The 2023 ones smelled significantly more peppermint-y to me, so they apparently lose their flavor/smell over time. That's disappointing because I won't know what I'm getting when I order them. Note that my mare is somewhat picky. The I'll-eat-anything horse in the barn loves them all.

Best Treats EVER!
I love these treats. They are one of the healthiest on the market, that are low enough in sugar and starch that my Cushings pony can enjoy! I love love the seasonal flavors, and no matter what flavor it is--opening the bag is mouth watering even to me and my friends. The Watermelon Sorbet flavor literally smells like watermelon ice cream! I have 2 extremely picky horses, and they go bananas over these, so whenever they come in stock I always order a back up!

Great for my pony with metabolic challenges
These treats are perfect! All 4 of my picky ponies loved the watermelon flavor. The size
is great and I love the ingredients. I have been looking for treats that I could give my pony that has metabolic challenges and these work great for her! My only complaint is that these treats are just so expensive so I won’t be able to make these their every day treats.

FINALLY Healthy treats!
I bought these treats to try 6 months ago and my horse loved them. Since then I have bought every flavor and size, the only flavor she didn't like was Peppermint Pattie. She is very picky about her treats so that is a compliment! I love giving her these and I don't feel guilty about it. It is definitely a splurge but it is worth it.

Smell amazing
I originally bought the banana bread flavor and absolutely loved them. This time around I got the watermelon and I haven’t had a single horse turn them down. I like that these treats are a little softer than normal as my horse is 25 and has a hard time chewing.

Great But NOT Consistent
I bought these for my horse that does not need sugar in his life and I really like them. One thing that I noticed is that the cookies in the 1.5.lb bag are cut a lot smaller than the ones in the bigger quantity bags. The only one there is an exception to is the banana bread. Another thing I noticed is that the 1.lb bags are completely different than the bigger quantities EXCEPT the banana bread flavor. The smaller ones just seem like a choking hazard which is why I am wondering what the inconsistency is about in the other flavors.

Great for my PPID horse!
Because of her PPID and a bout of laminitis, my horse isn’t allowed to have her favorite molasses treats, which was very sad for her till I found these. She LOVES them, and I can now easily feed her meds by putting them in with a handful of these.
