They don't stay on
They're made well with good bottoms, however I don't know if the velcro straps just don't hold well or if its the design but these will not stay on my dogs feet. I bought them for my older dog as she has trouble walking on our slick, hard wood floors. I measured her foot like the sizing chart and instructions told me to and bought some. Within 5 minutes of her walking in them, they started to slip off her feet and make it difficult for her to walk. I have tried to velcro them different ways, but I can't velcro them so tight because they will cut off her blood flow. Definitely disappointed.

Worked in the Las Vegas heat!
Bought these so I could take my puppy out during the day in the Las Vegas heat, without burning her paws. They worked great and she didn't pull them off. When I first put them on she did a prancing pony act and then settled right down with wearing them. They are a little difficult to get on but worth it as they fit and stay on.

Love these boots
Purchased these for my geriatric boxer who has degenerative disk disease causing loss of function in his hind end. Used these to help him gain traction on our wooden floors. These are true to size! (Make sure you read the sizing instructions... yes, my boxer wore a size Small for his hind feet!). He is now able to stand during feeding time, move around the house with ease, and continue to be part of the family during his last moments with us. I find these boots to also be durable. He does scuff his feet around and there are little to no signs of wear.

These are amazing
Okay, first off I didn't buy these through Smartpak (they didn't carry them.) I bought them years ago through Amazon. My boxer pup and I hike hundreds of miles every year. However, one year she was having trouble building up her callouses, so I got a set of these. Since then they never leave my pack while we are out and about. They are so useful it is foolish to not have a set. Did you pup cut their paw, no problem. Did you go too far and the pup has sore feet, problem solved. Are you out on icy terrain that could cut the pup's paw, you're set. Seriously, this is something that any dog owner who puts miles on their pup needs to own.
