The Fine Print
We love our products and we're happy to take them back - even custom items. We'll happily take back everything from engraved halters to personalized jackets - even embroidered blankets that have been worn (minus the manure, please). But there are a few things we have to restrict returns on (silly federal regulations).
Undergarments
Health regulations require that undergarments (including bras) need to be in new condition (tags and packages intact) in order to be returned. (Even if it wasn't required, do you really want to shop from a store that takes back used undergarments?!)
Saddles
As riders, we know what a big investment a saddle is. That's why we're proud to offer the best Test Ride program in the business. You can keep our Test Ride saddles risk-free for five days, to really make sure you like the fit and the feel. We know that to truly try a saddle, you have to really ride in it. So go ahead and girth it up. Forget about wrapping your stirrup leathers. Try it with or without a saddle pad. Basically, treat it like you already bought it, so you can make sure you really want to. Because when you buy a saddle from us, we want to make sure you love it. Of course, we want our other customers to love their new saddles, too.
That's why we have a Test Ride option for each saddle we carry - so that all of the other saddles can stay in pristine condition, waiting for their new owners. For this reason, if you purchase a saddle outside the Test Ride program, it's still eligible for return, but must be free from any marks or damage.

Love these gloves!
I bought these gloves because I thought my hands would be cooler with air flowing through the mesh. I wasn't too worried about tan lines. The mesh certainly does keep my hands from getting super sweaty. The grip is also great. I had issues with my reins sliding through my fingers with my old gloves, but I don't have that problem with these gloves. They also just look nice when on! Definitely a good buy!

My only complaint is the gloves seem to be a bit delicate and I wonder how long they will last.
They are great to wear and seem to help. I rode in severe rain with them at a show, several rounds with no slipping concerns.

Not durable
I bought these gloves a couple months ago. At first, I really liked them. (I live in the desert was looking for gloves that breath) The mesh is great but one day when I went to pull the glove on it tore, just a little, near the Velcro. First one glove then the other. Now that the tear has started it keeps getting worse even though I'm conscientiously gentle when putting them on. It's disappointing.

Great gloves
I've used the Roeckl solar gloves for many years, and the Suntan Glove is very much the same. They keep my hands cool while giving me a good grip on the reins. I got my current pair of Roeckl Suntan Gloves less than a month ago.

Perfect summer gloves!
I purchased these gloves because I was looking fora nice lightweight, breathable pari of gloves for summer use. An added bonus is the tanning aspect. The gloved claim you can tan through the gloves which is true, no more glove tan lines! The only negative thing about these gloves are how delicate they are. The mesh is super fine so I'm careful not to cash it on velcro and I'm carful about how I put these gloves on so they don't tear. So far, I've had no tears and love them!

Comfortable
These gloves are very comfortable and great for summer riding, but they don't seem to be very durable at all. I have ridden in them twice, on a horse with a soft mouth, and they are already starting to come apart. Both times I kept them in my locker until I was about to get on, and then kept them in my pocket until after I got on, then put them back in my pocket before I got off, and then immediately in my locker when I got into the barn. I understand the fabric is thin, but for the price and the brand, I expected a bit more longevity.
