Rated 5 out of 5 by BeIrish from Very elegant look! This bridle is beautiul and oiled up well. I love the generous browband, which both of my horses need. My only critique is that the horse size noseband strap (that goes up and over the crown) is ridiculously long!?! About 6 inches too long and hangs below the bit on one side - bummer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by sripke from Funny Fit, very short throat latch I bought this bridle for the wide noseband and love the way it looks. However, it does not fit my horse well. While much of this bridle is generously sized and I have plenty of room (extra too), I can barely close the throat latch on the very last hole! It's like the bridle I was sent has a pony or cob sized throat latch, while everything else fits a large horse. So while the look and quality of the bridle are quite nice, I am very disappointed with the fit and will have to find something else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SusanN from Good Quality Leather and Traditional Style The wide, flat nose band was just the style I was looking for in a bridle for my daughter’s large pony. The color of the bridle was too light, but a quick dip in neats feet oil darkened the leather to a rich chocolate brown. The leather is high quality and flexible when adjusting the bridle. I was happy that the reins were included in the set. I also bought the Rodrigo martingale. All together they were just the right look for our show tack and durable for everyday use.

Made the mistake of oiling it before trying it on (because rodrigo's standard horse size has fit my mare in the past!) and now I can't return! The sizing just seems so inconsistent on this bridle. The noseband is too big to the point where I will have to punch in a few more holes to get it to sit on the right spot on her face, and the throat latch is too tight to the point where it is cutting into her. To top it off, the first time I used it, the keeper popped off on the throat latch.
