Incredible Drying Rug
I have only owned this for a month but I have used my trainer's when I worked for her and LOVE IT! Nothing dries a horse faster. You have to be really careful not to let it touch shavings, because you'll never get them out. But it's good definitely outweighs the bad!

Super fast drying rug!
As long as you use this as it’s directed on package (do not let your horse roll in bedding), it works super fast. Soaking wet to dry in about 30 minutes. I received this for Christmas last year and still love it. It gets gently washed and hand dried as needed. No problems at all.

Impossible to get clean - a one-use product
I was so excited about this cooler - it is beautiful and has my name monogrammed on it. Unfortunately, I only used it once and can never use it again. Shavings and hay cling to this thing and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get them off. My horse didn't even roll, just trailered home after a one-day show in it. Waste of money.

Not Happy at all
It worked great until I let my horse go back in his stall wearing it. He rolled and the shavings do not come off. It doesn't matter if you vacuum, wash or shake these shavings are on for life. !50 dollars down the drain after owning one for 1 week! What a colossal waste!!!!

Soaked to dry in ~30 mins!
Amazing rug for getting your horse dry. It does not have that fleecy-cozy feel of a cooler (would not suggest using this as a layering piece for cold days), but it does its job 110%. When my horse gets caught in the rain without being blanketed, this rug gets her dry enough to be properly blanketed in about 30-40 minutes. Amazing!

Not as pictured!
This rug has “RAMBO” written prominently across the sides. Poor design choice by Horseware and the photo does not accurately depict the product.

ShamWow for horses!
I can’t say enough about how different this cooler is. There literally is no other product like this on the market. So, even though there is one big downside to it, I highly recommend you spend the big bucks for one. BUT- you must take very very seriously the caution that you never turn the horse loose in a stall wearing it. Why? Because once a handful of shavings touch the fabric, they are on it forever. No joke.
Having said that, you can bathe/shampoo/rinse a horse, squeegee, wrap them in this baby, load in a trailer, then even in cool weather, unload 30-45 minutes later a warm, dry horse. It is nothing short of magic. Or an old horse, wash the front quarter, put on neck, wash and unroll as you go. Never gets the chill. My horse LOVES his Rambo bathrobe. Never a better product for the money ever invented.
BUT YOU MUST NEVER leave one on a horse that is not in hand, in cross ties, or tied up. Or you just threw away a hundred forty dollars. I spent 10 hours with tweezers trying to reclaim one. This fabric eats shavings for lunch. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Now go buy one. And be happy.

Giant bath towel
It’s like a giant bath towel at a resort. It works well on clipped horses, cozy, drying action, looks great too. Useful addition to the wardrobe of the pampered equine!

Nice rug, but.....
This is a great rug. It dried my horse quickly. Not in 30 min, but within an hour. I love the way it fits and the neck piece is nice. My problem is that if you get shavings on it, good luck getting them off. You have to be very careful or it will become unusable.

Handy rug - runs small
This is a great cooler to have in your horse's wardrobe. It's made of lightweight toweling material and really helps dry the horse. The neck cover is a great addition. It does seem to run a bit small - the medium is supposed to fit up to a 78" but it's a bit snug on my mare, who generally wears a 75" in Rambos. The velcro also gets stuck to the rug, but it doesn't appear to snag it.
