Works Amazingly!!!!
I bought this product a week ago and it’s worked better than all the fly sprays I’ve tried. I lease a thoroughbred and she’s sensitive but I works pretty well on her although if she’s already up when I get her from the field she does kind of react to it. It smells like peppermint and it can be really strong especially if it blows back in your face. Overall it’s a really good product and works really well.

Actually works!
I have tried many eco/bio fly sprays. This one smells great, the flies were gone and I can use it on myself (haven’t tried that yet)

Just ok
While it did repel insects, it made every horse I put it on cough when applied. They actually would scurry to the other sides of their stalls if they saw the bottle coming, they all hated it. Switched back to Pyranha wipe n spray and they all returned to normal behavior.

Didn't love it :-(
Read the reviews and seemed like people either loved the product or didn't love it. I unfortunately didn't care for it. I was looking for a "healthier" spray, but it was very strong smelling and didn't work that well. Also it was more a a full squir application versus a fine mist. My horse didn't care for the odor and the flies were back in no time. Obviously it won't work as well as a pesticide type spray, so not an
apple to apple comparison. Wish it had worked. Smartpak was great about their guarantee though and took care of me. As always it shipped fast and arrived on time.

Smell is too strong and doesn't work
I bought two of these, thinking I'd love it, but it was only a quarter of the way through the first bottle before I decided to return the second one. The peppermint smell is nice but it's so strong that it makes me cough and burns my lungs. Flies are right back on my horse after the smell dissipates. I love that it's all natural, but just doesn't get the job done unfortunately!

Best natural fly spray
This is the best all-natural fly spray I have found yet (over fly bye, equisect and pyrhana zero bite). It smells great (minty) and my sensitive horse hasn’t had any reaction to it. Will keep buying

Does not seem to work
I've only had this for a few days but it does not repel the flies. I will spray it on my horse and seconds later she is covered in flies again. So I spray again and flies return right away. I was excited to get this and try it but I don't think I'll be using it anymore.

Works Well Against Gnats
I've always had a difficult challenge finding a bug spray that works for the horrible gnat problem. This spray worked well for several hours. It has a pretty good scent as well.

No match for East coast Greenheads
Although I love an herbal repellent this one does not help my horse as much as I would like and it’s not surprising though I could see it being a good option if you really don’t want anything strong.

My horse hates the smell!
The peppermint smell is very strong in this fly spray, which definitely helps to deter the flies. The product works well, if your horse isn't the super sensitive type. One horse is fine with it, the other one hates the smell! It's so strong that he won't even let me near him with this fly spray. Once I changed to a different fly spray he was fine. My tip is when applying, do it in a well ventilated area and use lots of small sprays, so that the scent isn't too overwhelming in the air. The bottle lasts a while because you don't need to use very much.

My horse loved it!
I bought this product about a week ago and I have so far used it everyday. There has been no skin issues, and I find it repels mosquitos, ticks, and flies. It works better than the old brand I used to use (Endure & Repel X) which sometimes caused skin issues with my horse. I was afraid to put it on my hands because it burned slightly. Smartpak fly spray has an amazing peppermint smell, and I feel safe putting it on my horse's face and on myself.

this made me gag and my horses cough. The smell is nauseating. I don't know if it worked well or not as I could not stand to spray it. I threw it out.

Soapy residue
This fly spray does work for about an hour I have found. It also leaves a soapy residue. I have had to bathe the horses more often to get the “soap” from the fly spray off of their skin. I have not used a fly spray before that has left as much soap as this one has.

allergic reaction?
This did not protect against ticks. Now my horse has hives. I can't be sure this spray caused them, but some horses can be allergic to certain concentrated herbal oils like the geraniol in this.

Will Never Use Again
I bought this a few weeks ago. I tried it on all 3 of my horses. The 2 younger horses sneezed & coughed after applying (it was applied outside). My 32-y/o mare had a horrible allergic reaction to it. Broke out in a sweat, fever, shaking, very disoriented to the point she almost hurt herself. SmartPak was contacted and have made a full refund on my purchase.

Love this fly all natural fly spray
I purchased OutSmart fly spray about a month or so ago as an alternative to the toxic chemical fly sprays. Thus far it has worked very well on the horses at the barn where I ride here in FL & no known skin irritations. It has a full minty smell & is also suitable for the rider to use on themselves if needed.

I bought this because it was more natural and I thought it would be better for me and my horse. It works really well and my horse enjoys the peppermint smell. Everyone at my barn thinks it smells nice and the peppermint oil made his coat a bit shinier.
