Great product
I bought these because of the quality, and price. But they were too big! I needed a medium. I returned them, very easy process, to only find they don't carry this brand anymore???

The Best Boots for a Busy Rider
The LeMieux Carbon Mesh Wrap Boot is the perfect solution for riders with busy schedules. I'm a working mom with two little boys so my time at the barn is very precious. As much as I love the idea of using polo wraps I just don't have the time to waste wrapping and re-wrapping. I'd much rather spend that time in the saddle. These boots combine the best of both worlds; a polo wrap fit in boot form. I love how lightweight the boots are but they are also super durable and breathable. The two Velcro straps make the boots super easy to put on. I use these boots for flat work and trail riding. They give my horse the support and protection he needs during heavy workload days, light workload days, and everything in the middle.
My horse is a 16 hand Canadian Sport Horse and the size large fits him really well. The boots stay in place and don't require any adjusting after I put them on.
The LeMieux Carbon Mesh Wrap Boots are very easy to care for. The mesh material is great because it doesn't hold a lot of dirt making the boot easy to brush off after each ride. I also throw them in the wash on a cold gentle cycle then let them air dry.

Love these boots!
I wanted boots that would provide protection, but not retain as much heat as the typical faux wool lined dressage boots. These are great! They fit beautifully, and stay in place. No extra long tabs that rub together as I ride! I have a 16.1 warmblood mare and bought medium for the front and large for the hind.

I have a set in size xl for my warmblood's hind legs, and just ordered a size large for his front's! These boots are well made and seem to ventilate well. I've come across a few articles about the dangers of limb/tendon overheating in many boots on the market so I am not one to jump on the LeMieux bandwagon but I wanted to try something a bit more weather appropriate for summer temperatures. I would not consider them to be a high impact or high support boot, but for flatwork on my gelding who occasionally brushes his hinds together I am very happy with them. I am usually a neutrals gal so would have thought I'd prefer a solid color, but the binding and stitching color is subtle, so I was pleasantly appreciative of it :). The xl does have 3 velcro closures rather than the two displayed in the stock pics. Also useful to know is that they seem to run *shorter* than the sizing graphic indicates. According to the size chart, the xl is supposed to measure 12.5" in height, but in actuality, mine measure <12". Just something useful to note!
