warm and comfortable
I live in these breeches in the winter. They are warm and comfy, and the cell phone pocket is nicely in reach. It has the added bonus of helping keep my cell phone warm and extending the battery life. Thanks, Kerrits!

Dreadful, returned
To get Windblock in Kerritts, suddenly you are back to a bulky, awkward diaper butt, mismatched stretchy and non stretch fabrics, binding construction, and aggravating fit. I wear M/L in other Kerrits FS tights, but these fit like extra small or like they were for kids: waaay too short, too small. What a fail.

Uncomfortable - my Kerrits love affair has ended
I bought two pairs at the end of last season to replace two beloved pairs that had completely worn out. The new ones really look great and the main fabric is very nice and they are quite warm. Unfortunately, the material used to make the seats is horrible - it's super stiff and doesn't conform to my body. It creeps/pokes up into all the wrong places, if you know what I mean and also rode up under my half chaps.
They aren't comfortable sitting around the house, walking around the barn, or riding as I'm constantly having to adjust the seat. Sort of defeats the purpose of winter riding breeches! Maybe it would be slightly better in a smaller size (tighter fit?) but I don't think that would solve the stiffness and I bought the same size that I've always worn in Kerrits. I'm so disappointed as I don't think I can make it through the winter with them but I haven't found a replacement yet. I was so excited to have two new pairs :(

NOT a warm winter breech
I live at 9200' elevation, in Colorado mountains............. these just don't make any difference, even for riding in an indoor. They don't fit well in the crotch.

Best Winter Breeches
I love these breeches, they're not super pricey and there well made! The stretchy fabric and warm fleece lining make them my go to breeches for riding in the cold weather. The pocket easy holds my cell phone and I like that they have belt loops as I almost always wear a belt. I've had my first pair for over a year now and they still look new. I wash them in cold water and hang to dry and have not had any issues. I'm 5'7 and 135 lbs and I chose the medium and they fit great.

Great product!
I'm so happy to have found these breeches! I'm not a fan of the cold so I need breeches that help me to want to ride when the weather is bad. These breeches are great in all the important categories; they fit well, are warm, repel shavings and hay, are water repellent. and they are quite attractive. I own a pair in all 3 colors offered, and I'd but another color if it were offered. This is my fist season with them so I can't say how they will wear, but my feeling is they will last a long time. I can't say enough good things about them!

Best winter breeches I've ever bought
I ride year round with snow up to my knees in the winter. I've bought many different types of winter breeches but they are usually too bulky or not comfortable. Not only are these SUPER warm (include some leggings underneath in serious weather) they are also really comfortable to work and ride in. I'm waiting to see how long they hold up. Hopefully a long time!

Wanted to love them, but not for me.
I’ve been riding in the Kerrits Powerstretch winter tights and adore them, so I tried these as a heavier option. Unfortunately they didn’t work out for me - the fit was strange and baggy in all the wrong places. I’m 5’2” and ordered a small, same size as my Powerstretch tights. These were really loose in the butt and cut much longer than the Powerstretches. Didn’t love them so they went back.

painful crotch seam
This is the first Kerrits product that I have not loved and I feel badly writing this review but in light of the price I feel like I should warn others. When I tried these on in the shop they seemed great -- but of course you can't really know until you are in the saddle. These tights have a HUGE -- almost a centimeter wide -- hard seam that runs right down the crotch which is incredibly painful. They are also very stiff -- like wearing a wetsuit. I thought they might soften up and that the crotch seam might soften up too after a bit of wearing but to no avail. I simply cannot wear them and I wish I could return them.

What cold weather riding dreams are made of
I got this as a birthday gift. I love my reguar Kerrits schooling tights and wanted to try thier cold weather version. I was not disappointed. These have the same great strech as the tights, but they are lined with a soft fuzzy fleece and they are thick. They are warm in cold and windy conditions and they look good. The full seat if comfortable and gives a little extra grip without being too much. I love these, my favorite winter breeches hands down.
