As riders and online shoppers, we know it can be tough to buy a new bridle or pair of boots without trying them on. That's why we moved the fitting room to your living room (or barn)! From breeches to blankets, if you or your horse can try it on, you can return it, free! Just use the pre-paid return label included in your order within 60 days from the purchase date. And of course, please make sure the item is in like-new condition with original packaging (we said 'fitting room', not 'war room'!).

Easy to use IceHorse™ continuous flow cold water systems feature portable and lightweight cooling for use at home or away, consistent gentle pressure providing uniform cooling during treatment, and a quick-connect coupling system.

Ice Horse Continuous Flow Cold Water System helps shorten recovery time. Cold therapy helps keep tendons, connective tissue, muscles and ligaments healthy. The cold therapy soothes aching joints and muscles; and shortens injury recovery time. Much less time consuming than cold hosing and easier and more horse-friendly than awkward whirlpool “boots.” The single pump Ice Horse Continuous Flow Cold Water System is reliable and durable.

Trainer Model - Treats two legs at once.  Single pump, insulated hose, temperature regulator/thermometer, martingale strap, "Y" splitter, two 9"x13" rectangle water circulation pads, two insulating compression bandages.  Passive constant compression to assist tendon and soft tissue repair.

Practitioner Model - Treats two legs at once.  Same basic machine and parts as "Trainer" above. In addtion, includes a hock, pastern, fetlock treatment pad, and sport bag to contain the system.  Same as the Trainer includes splitter, thermometer, insulated hose, two rectangle pads and two insulating compression bandages.  Passive constant compression to assist tendon and other soft tissue repair.

Power source - 7.5 volt power transformer (standard power supply for use with 110 volt systems).

Made in the USA.

Ice Horse Continuous Flow Cold Water System is rated 3.625 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good. I purchased this thinking it would yield the fantastic results advertised for a mare that had just ruptured a superficial tendon. Not only is it more troublesome to use than ice boots, but the temperature did not go below 10 Celsius, the connecting pin to the main hose broke after 2nd attempted use (with great care!) and I got no customer assistance from manufacturer. Since you'll need ice anyway, I'd recommend sticking to regular ice tub or boots - less expensive and 150% reliable results.Love this particular one in the picture, made by a friend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Did not get cold enough Set up and use was easy and straight forward. Unit did not get legs very cold. Contacted mfr. and they sent a larger power pack to circulate the water faster, but there was no difference. I had heard from 2 other people that they really liked their systems, so I was disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't get very cold If you are thinking of replacing your ice boots/whirlpool boots with these forget it. These don't get very cold. They are however great for icing hocks and daily icing. However, for injuries I prefer the inflatable ice boots from Dover. Game Ready also doesn't get very cold. Not a fan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cost effective alternative I am really happy with this system overall. I purchased it to use with my school horses so that I can help them maintain their soundness. I am really happy that I can use this system with ease, and it is a fraction of the cost of it's competitor.I have access to the Game Ready at work, and before purchase of the Ice Horse I looked it over... they are both based on the same principle and work in the same way... why not save yourself some money and go with the less expensive version!? You won't be disappointed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product! I purchased this product for a horse that had a tendon injury and I truly believe that it is the reason for his quick recovery time. My vet recommended using a Game Ready system on this type of injury but I, along with so many others, just can’t afford this type of treatment. The Ice Horse system has been a very cost effective and all around successful alternative to a Game Ready system and I now have my vet praising the Ice Horse system. Not only is it great to help with injuries, but it is wonderful to use after strenuous workouts. Great product!
