Ergonomic Bridle
Such a nice bridle and reins! My horse loves it. I got the chocolate no flash, and it looks more black than brown, but the padding brown, and the rubber part of the reins are brown, overall i really like the look and the poll and cheek relief. The leather (especially the noseband) is a bit stiff, but that goes away after a while, and i bit of conditioning, i love how this bridle is vegetable tanned leather, as less chemicals are used when making it, which long term is better for me and my horse.

Harwich Bridle is AMAZING
This supple soft not traditional leather bridle has been a game changer. My sensitive chestnut mare loves the release of the pressure points on her jaw that come from a typical bridle. The rubber reins that come along with this or sold separate give a rider who has a fidgety horse a break on the forearm as they allow bounce and release for great check and half halt . This is a great option if you have a horse that isn’t the true cob or horse size as we have options for build your own and can be made into a hunter or dressage bridle and comes in 3 great color choices.
The Harwich Ergonomic Bridle by SmartPak is top-notch and probably by far one of the best bridles I've used! The leather certainly stays soft and supple when I condition it about once a month. Overall, I absolutely love this bridle and I know it will last me a long long time!!

Beautiful Bridle
I purchased this bridle for my sensitive OTTB gelding in my search for the "perfect bridle." I had tried several other bridles of different brands and designs (and still have some of them in my tack locker) and when we landed on this bridle, it finally seemed to be "the one". My OTTB is a sensitive soul, as mentioned. He does not like much fuss around his ears and gets very frustrated with flashes as he does not like his mouth to feel as if it's being held shut. The Ergonomic shape of this bridle offers freedom and comfort through his poll as well as comfort in his jaw and mouth where he often holds tension. This is our go-to and our daily use as well as show bridle. I clean this bridle after every ride with basic leather soap and conditioner, and it is stored in a non-climate-controlled tack room and has held up beautifully now for two years.. Full size fits him perfectly. I cannot recommend this bridle enough!

This is a beautiful bridle
I recently lost my heart horse, who was an 18hh Dutchwarmblood and was an O/S in everything. My new horse is 16hh on his tallest day and sadly I needed all new equipment. I bought this bridle and it is absolutely gorgeous. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the leather isn't as nice as it could be. it gets a little crinkly but otherwise its great!

My horse loves it!!!
I read recent studies on horse head pressure impacting movement. I decided to try an ergonomic bridle to see how my horse responded to reduced head pressure. WOWZA. Boy has extended out and stop fighting contact. Amazing. Plus the bridle is soooo supple and the reins are lovely. Beautiful bridle.

Top Notch Bridle
The Harwich Ergonomic Bridle by SmartPak is top-notch and probably by far one of the best bridles I've used! The leather is amazingly soft and supple and comfortably forms my horse's head. It is a very durable and high-quality bridle that does not disappoint! The Harwich Ergonomic bridle is perfect for everyday schooling and I even use it for the Jumper ring at shows. The fit is true to size, for reference I have a 16.3hh TB with dainty limbs and head and the Horse size fits her beautifully! The leather certainly stays soft and supple when I condition it about once a month. Overall, I absolutely love this bridle and I know it will last me a long long time!!

Poor quality overall and very cheap leather
One of the keeper loops on the cheek broke the second time I put this bridle on my horse. The leather is very low quality and the bridle looks cheap. I would not recommend this at all, and it is definitely not suitable for competition.

It's Alright.
I bought this with a gift card and on a pretty steep sale, so I paid less than $50 of my own money for it. I wouldn't pay full price!
Pros: Fits my Arabian well (Cob size). I often have trouble with the noseband being way too big, and while I'm still on the last couple of holes, I didn't have to punch any more. Cheek pieces, crown, and browband fit her beautifully. It's a nice bridle for the price I paid, but definitely not worth more than $100.
Cons: As others have noted, the leather quality isn't stellar. I conditioned the crap out of it before the first use, and will continue to do so, hopefully to prevent cracking. I certainly wasn't expecting $300 bridle leather, but for the full price of this bridle they really should find a little better leather.
It's not my main bridle so it'll do alright for my purposes, but if you're looking for something good quality to use daily, I'd save your pennies and get something nicer and probably more durable.

Cheap quality, broke after 2 uses
I was excited to see Smartpak had their own brand anatomic hunter bridle. Out of the box, the leather quality was not as good as their other bridles. Reins are too short, cannot allow my horse to stretch his head down without only holding buckle in one hand. One second use one of the noseband keepers broke. Very bummed out.

Poor Quality
I love how this bridle fits and looks on my horse. I am however upset with the quality. The leather started cracking within seconds of being taken out of the box.
