Rated 1 out of 5 by FL Rider from Disappointed I had high hopes for this muzzle net because I have a horse with a very sensitive white nose. I took it out of the packaging and was quite disappointed. You basically get three pieces of netting (not super great netting, I might add) and a separate nose strap with velcro strips. This means that you have two points of failure, i.e., the bridle to the strap and then the strap to the muzzle net. A simple catch on a tree branch means that this would come undone while you're in the saddle. I put this right back in the package and will be returning. It's certainly not worth this kind of money.

After only one ride with it he has stopped almost all head shaking and is rideable again! Definitely not cheap, but it does come with 3 nets, so totally worth the $.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ackquinn13 from It works! My horse was a heaf tosser during the spring and summer when those no-see-ums show up. But, with this little muzzle net the tossing has ceased. Worth the big price tag. I have to admit I was worried about spending $70 for it, but it's working.

My mayor suffers horribly from allergies and drags her nose on the ground to itch it I absolutely used them all summer long.. and it lasted hand washing after hand washing. Finally needed a new one and I bought a different brand much less expensive.... WRONG move! She could not breathe properly out of it and it didn't fit around her nose properly. I will never go without one of these muzzle nets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ahjv from Very adjustable I bought this over a month ago. So far, we are very pleased with it. Our pony goes best in a Micklem, so the Nets are a little long for him. However, we are able to pull them up higher into the velcro and they still work well. I was originally put off by the price, but it is worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lovethattb from Well worth the price!! I bought this item because my gelding was flipping his head around so much I was worried that he might be developing a neurological issue. He has always been very sensitive to bugs landing on him but the head shaking had gotten alot worse this summer. I was very put off by the price but needed to try something. I read up on these nose nets and figured I would give it a try. I'm so glad I did!!!!! We had success from the moment I put it on him. While his issue appears to be the tiny bugs that hover around, we can happily ride outside with no head shaking at all. Now our rides are fun and productive again.
