From breeches to blankets, if you or your horse can try it on, you can return it, free! Just use the pre-paid return label included in your order within 60 days from the purchase date. And of course, please make sure the item is in like-new condition with original packaging (we said 'fitting room', not 'war room'!).

The Fine Print
We love our products and we're happy to take them back - even custom items. We'll happily take back everything from engraved halters to personalized jackets - even embroidered blankets that have been worn (minus the manure, please). But there are a few things we have to restrict returns on (silly federal regulations).
Undergarments
Health regulations require that undergarments (including bras) need to be in new condition (tags and packages intact) in order to be returned. (Even if it wasn't required, do you really want to shop from a store that takes back used undergarments?!)
Saddles
As riders, we know what a big investment a saddle is. That's why we're proud to offer the best Test Ride program in the business. You can keep our Test Ride saddles risk-free for five days, to really make sure you like the fit and the feel. We know that to truly try a saddle, you have to really ride in it. So go ahead and girth it up. Forget about wrapping your stirrup leathers. Try it with or without a saddle pad. Basically, treat it like you already bought it, so you can make sure you really want to. Because when you buy a saddle from us, we want to make sure you love it. Of course, we want our other customers to love their new saddles, too.
That's why we have a Test Ride option for each saddle we carry - so that all of the other saddles can stay in pristine condition, waiting for their new owners. For this reason, if you purchase a saddle outside the Test Ride program, it's still eligible for return, but must be free from any marks or damage.

Perfect for protecting pastern scrapes
With the horribly wet, then frozen, then crusty footing we’ve had this season, my field hunter was scraping the backs of his pasterns punching through the mess. These have been perfect for protecting the existing scrapes and preventing more.
We’ll come back covered in mud up to his hocks, but under the wraps it will be perfectly clean.
He’s a big warmblood x draft with the expected amount of bone, so I do wish they were two inches longer. But they’ve definitely stayed on.

Fits great and does the job
These are just the right fit - not too bulky, but provide great protection. My gelding bumps his hind legs and these are a must have for riding & turnout! Easy to clean too! Initially I ordered the wides, but they were too big and SmartPak exchanged for the Regular size.

Exactly What I Was Looking For!
I bought this when my horse started to interfere behind over jumps. He was constantly nicking his pasterns and creating hard to heal cuts. These wraps fixed the problem. They are easy to clean, and they have held up to daily use.

I like the size (I was having a difficult time finding ones that would fit my big legged horse.), but the material they are made out of allows the hair to stick in it (like a porcuppine. So I'm not sure if over time this will irritate him.

Great Product for Hard to Protect Area!
I recently purchased a mare that would strike the inside of her pasterns with her opposite hind foot. I was at a loss for a solution until I found these! I was originally worried they would be unconfortable or awkward for my mare to wear, but they are nice and flexible and she doesn't seem to mind them at all! I paired these with the MuliTeq short hind boots and have been very pleased! Both are easy to clean as well. I would highly recommend these wraps.

Good wraps
I have a 16.3hh Warmblood and bought the oversized wraps first. They aren't longer but are wider. Unfortunately I had to return them and today I tried my new regular sized ones. I wish they came in lengths because these wraps barely fit around my horse's pasterns. I ended up with a gap at the closure. However these appear to be what the package says they are for... one ride isn't enough to verify the impact protection.

Finally something for that hard to protect area!
I purchased these for my sensitive and accident prone mare who hits herself behind when she gets out of shape. For all the years of wearing hind boots, no matter what kind I used, she always managed to rub her pasterns with her opposite hoof while she travels or she dings herself when she jumps and it causes rubs. I tried these first on the lunge line, as my mare can be opinionated about her equipment and doesn't always take well to new things and I was pleased to see they affect her ability to flex in the slightest. These are now a must have for every ride! I haven't used them to jump yet since we're coming back from an injury and Lyme treatment but I'd imagine these would work well with hind boots with no problem. I purchased the regular length/width for my 16h TB - the ends of the foam touch each other and there is plenty of room for letting them out if needed.
