Solid boots
I used these 2 or 3 times a week for about 2 years. I just threw them away... the seals came undone and the gel fell out. I did super glue them and prolong them for a few months but they aren't working now. They are a little annoying to get on and slide down but are some of the best ice boots I've used. The bad and good part I'd the ice is all around. My gelding got freezer burn on the shaved part of his leg post surgery.

Great Product But Come Up Small
I bought this product for my 14.3 pony who developed a splint. I read on a U.K. website that the chaps come up small and they do. They were a perfect fit for my large pony and also a fit for smaller 142 cm cob mare. As another reviewer noted the Velcro straps are short and when I first put the fully frozen boots on it was a stretch to get the straps onto the Velcro. For reference my 14.3’s cannon bone circumference is 7.5 inches. I loved the way the bottom of the boot fitted because even though the boots were a tad tall and difficult to fasten frozen, the fetlocked shaped neoprene at the bottom prevented the boot from slipping down as the gel thawed. I gave the product 4 stars because the boots are sized for anything over 14.2, but if I had had a large warm blood with decent bone I really don’t think these boots would have come close to being a fit.

Good Price Point, but Runs Small
I bought these to use after hacking following my horse's recovery from a superficial digital flexor tendon injury. I think these are a good price point compared to other options; however, they run small. I have a very average size KWPN gelding and these are very hard to get velcro-ed when they are frozen. They do fit like in the pictures when they aren't frozen. Overall, I like these, I just wish they made the velcro strips longer.
