Awesome fly mask
I have several fly masks and I believe the Crusader's are the best. Some fly masks are cheaper, however, most don't come with the cut out for the forelock which is important to me. Crusader makes a great quality mask, while this is one I use for in the stall or trailer rides, I also have the trail with ears/long nose for my Arab for when we are out an about. In Florida, it is a must to have a fly mask during the hot summer months as we get deer flies and horse flies on the trails.

Best fly mask ever, have used them since the 90's
Bought two of these, but unfortunately my gelding was no longer an Arab, but a regular horse size. No problem with SmartPak, I sent them back and received the size I needed. It was an easy transaction and SmartPak always has the best prices. The exchange was seamless and SmartPak was on it all the way through to the end. Great experience.

Seems to last, my horse hasn't killed it yet so that's a good sign! They do run a little big but the Arab size fit my cob headed quarter horse.

Great fit, holds up well!
I love the Cashel fly masks because they are fairly durable and fit well. I have four horses, all with varying head shapes and sizes. The cob size fits my saddlebred, appendix QH, and German riding pony which is impressive, as they all have very different head shapes. I also have a POA that wears the yearling size, it’s perfect for him. I have used Cashel fly masks for several years. I do have to replace them about every 1.5-2yrs but my horses tend to be hard on things.

Great fly mask!
I wanted to get a personalized fly mask for my special boy, and although the mask is perfect, the price could be better. I think they should have a deal where you get free embroidery with purchase, other than that, I love it!

Comfortable material, runs big
Nice fly mask & sensitive-skinned OTTB wears it daily with no rubs. Fortunately, he has a big head (I'd call it "large end of standard horse size") - this mask has an elastic insert where the jowl velcro attaches. I get why they did this & maybe it really does help reduce rubbing when chewing, but the result is that when you snug it up, the velcro is then a bit too long & I have to fold the end over. It has never come undone & I guess I could cut off the extra end to solve this. Horse has rubbed mask off one ear a couple times (he's a 5 y.o.), but thanks to the forelock hole & thick forelock, it stayed on his head. So far has held up well to a month or 2 of daily use & my horses live out full time.

Great fly mask
So pleased with this mask. Horse size fits my 16.2 ottb perfectly (there's some extra room in the ears, but it really doesn't matter). He happily stands while it's being put on. Every day it comes in covered with dirt because he's rolled, but it still holds its shape/the darts keep it well away from his eyes.

My go-to fly mask
I've used these masks for years and love them. They stay in place, don't rub and keep the ponies comfortable. They do run a little big - my 14.2h half-Arab needs a large pony size and my old 17.3h beast used the warmblood size. I've gotten several seasons out of each mask and they stay put with all but the most dedicated houdini ponies.

The best fly mask!
I bought this mask with ears for a medium pony (large pony/yearling size), a 15hh quarter horse (horse size) and a 16hh Dutch warmblood (in warmblood size). They fit great and have not come off once in the month they've been wearing them daily. All three are out 24/7 and there are no tears or rips of any kind. They are essential gear during Georgia gnat weather.

Great mask
I really like these masks because the forelock doesn’t get smashed or tangled underneath. The eye darts eventually crumple in but works great until then. I wish they were cheaper but they do last longer than some masks. I have an average size ottb that wears horse size and another that wears the warmblood size.

Great Fly Mask that is Made Well and Comfortable

Perfect for a Saddlebred
I ordered the "horse" size many years ago and it was always a little loose - well, it finally ended up ripping, so I ordered the "cob" size for my American Saddlebred, and it fits just perfectly!!! Highly recommend - it looks great, stays on, and keeps its shape.

Great Product!
I have had this product all summer and I love it. My mare always gets very agitated by the flies and this has solved the problem. I also got it customized and it looks very nice. It didn't come with any loose threads and has not had any threads come loose. Overall, this is a great product.

I have several of these masks, and they stand up well to turnout & dirt. I ordered when there was a special for free customization. They look adorable to see their name and distinquish easily between whoose one is the cob and horse size.
