Does Not Work
I can't imagine this strap works for any horse. It will not stay in place. Every time the horse puts his head down it twists. On the very last hole the horse could still crib so I punched another hole. Now it is very tight and guess what? It still twists out of place.

I had to add more holes in order for it to fit my horse properly.

Very disappointing
I bought this to replace another French style strap that had been working well for my horse. However, I was soon disappointed. First, it stretched, as mentioned in several of the previous reviews. I punched more holes in it, but have already gone to wider part of the strap where the buckle will not fit. Second, it will not stay straight. The "v" which is supposed to stay at the bottom kept sliding to the side, even on the first day before it stretched. Third, it doesn't prevent my horse from cribbing at all! I'm going to search for a better collar.

Great quality
I've purchased several cribbing straps over the years, but this one is really nice. Quality leather and sturdy.

It won't stay on straight.
A long time ago I had this type of cribbing collar for a little quarter horse mare. It always stayed in place. This one does not. Lol
Eventually we may figure it out but in the meanwhile it is very odd.

Broke after two days
Fit my 14.1 Welsh cross. This strap stopped her cribbing during the time it was on, but it broke after two days of wear. Overall it felt like a good product and certainly worked but for the price I had hoped it would last longer.

Works well
I tried several different styles of cribbing strap on my OTTB and this one works the best, doesn't rub and is the least expensive to boot. It does spin around but for some reason, still stops him from cribbing. I only have two issues with it. First, as others have said, it is very large and I had to punch holes. Second, the keeper breaks easily leaving the strap sticking out and an inviting target for other horses to grab hold.

Broke after three days
I bought this collar for a chronic cribber. It did not do much to curb his cribbing, rotated on his neck, and the metal part broke out of the throat area after only three days. Very disappointed and will not be buying again.

Purchased 2 weeks ago. Leather has stretched 4 holes. Leather is thin. Don't like it

Too big for 3 yo TB
I have a 3 year old OTTB straight off the track. It was too big for her on the smallest hole, and I didn't want to punch another and risk not being able to return it since I had no idea if it would even work or not. Returning.
