The Fine Print
We love our products and we're happy to take them back - even custom items. We'll happily take back everything from engraved halters to personalized jackets - even embroidered blankets that have been worn (minus the manure, please). But there are a few things we have to restrict returns on (silly federal regulations).
Undergarments
Health regulations require that undergarments (including bras) need to be in new condition (tags and packages intact) in order to be returned. (Even if it wasn't required, do you really want to shop from a store that takes back used undergarments?!)
Saddles
As riders, we know what a big investment a saddle is. That's why we're proud to offer the best Test Ride program in the business. You can keep our Test Ride saddles risk-free for five days, to really make sure you like the fit and the feel. We know that to truly try a saddle, you have to really ride in it. So go ahead and girth it up. Forget about wrapping your stirrup leathers. Try it with or without a saddle pad. Basically, treat it like you already bought it, so you can make sure you really want to. Because when you buy a saddle from us, we want to make sure you love it. Of course, we want our other customers to love their new saddles, too.
That's why we have a Test Ride option for each saddle we carry - so that all of the other saddles can stay in pristine condition, waiting for their new owners. For this reason, if you purchase a saddle outside the Test Ride program, it's still eligible for return, but must be free from any marks or damage.

Love the closed front
Bought this for my new guy. I've had Big D sheets in the past and they've always worked great but this was my first blanket. I love the show coat liner and the way it fits. We have a ton of these blankets in the barn and they hold up for years. I even bought a second blanket a few days after receiving this one when I saw an extra in the clearance area of the smartpak store!

First, I ordered a different blanket which was not what I wanted. I returned it and Smartpak paid for shipping bot ways. I then ordered the Kodiak and it is perfect for my show horse. Am very happy with the economical price too!

Great Stable Blanket
After two weeks of constant use, this blanket is holding up well. No rips or tears. My horse lays down at night in his stall and the red blanket isn't showing any manure stains. All my old blankets were 81s so shame on me I ordered without measuring my horse first. I did have to send it back for a bigger size to fit the length from withers to tail. The return was absolutely painless! Thank you SmartPak. You're a leader in customer service and the products I have purchased from you over many years are all top notch!

Perfect for wide shoulders
I was looking for a blanket which can fit my horse's big shoulders, and this one fit like a glove. She had some problem to urinate with this other blankets because of the tail flap, and she is so happy with this one now !

Torn the first day
I was so disappointed to see my brand new blanket had rips in it after just one day. After a week the blanket is shredded with the stuffing falling out of it. In my opinion the material is not durable enough.

Great stable blanket
This blanket fits really well, contoured and cutback at the neck. Wish it had elastic removable leg straps instead of flat nylon, but they work. Materials seem durable and it's well made. Looking forward to this keeping my horse toasty this winter.

Excellent product
This is my fourth purchase for different horses. It of course keeps my horse warm and very shiny . My horses don't tear it up like they have other blankets so it must be comfortable to them. It washes up very well.
