Rated 5 out of 5 by Absolute from Don't touch Me! I have had the gentle groomer for about 3 weeks and Mr. I don't want to be groomed doesn't protest too loudly. It is fabulous for legs, hocks and fetlocks, they are always areas that are hard to remove winter hair coat from without feeling like you are being too rough on your horse. Worth the money.

Seems to work as well as other brushes I have but I can't honestly say "it's better". I am looking forward to using this over the winter to see if it will resist static electricity in dry, winter weather.

Even though my dog is short haired, he sheds a lot, so especially during the springtime I'm brushing him all the time. He loves when I pull out my Gentle Groomer and it seems as though he'd stand there for hours letting me brush him with this! He has sensitive skin, so I love that the rubber bumps on the underside are not too hard or rough when I'm brushing him. This groomer is really flexible and easy to use, and my dog is always clean, shiny, and shedded out whenever I'm done brushing him with this!

I had this tool sitting on my wish list for probably a year or so because I found myself really hesitant to spend the money on a single grooming tool and I can tell you that I'm now kicking myself for not buying it sooner! My mare absolutely hates coarse and/or thick curry combs and what I was using was circular so it just didn't get to all the places I wanted it to. I am so thrilled with the StripHair Gentle as I can literally use it all over her body with the various sides and flexibility of the tool. It has been a game changer for shedding, mud, scratches, etc.! This is a great option for sensitive horses while still easily getting the whole body groomed in a single step. It is definitely a little pricey up front in comparison with other grooming tools, but now that I have one I have to say it seems like it's well worth the money.

Our dogs love the feeling of using this vs. a traditional brush. Also, it looks as though it will last many lifetimes, I Amazing quality.
