Great boots

Best Boots I have ever had
I brought these last year, wore them all winter, and through the wet muddy spring. My feet stayed warm and dry, and the boots still look in great shape.
We had our first snow this year, and I went into a panic because I could not find these boots. Finally located them, and thought I should write a review on just how perfect these boots are. Ariat please do not change or discontinue these boots.

Comfy but difficult to get on
The shaft of the boot is soft so it gets caught under my heel. It really tricky to get it over the heel without the soft leather getting rumpled and stuck. It’s great once I get it on.

Stopped Being Waterproof
This is my second pair of these boots. I got them as a backup and only recently started wearing them. They haven't been exposed to the elements until last Tuesday when we had a storm. These boots completely failed at being waterproof. My right boot was squishy with water and my sock was soaked. My left sock was wet too but not like my right. My previous pair held up much longer than this pair. These boots are essentially useless now and are still drying out.

So happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my new favorite boots! Easy to slip on and pull off to take the dog on wet weather walks. I sized up a half size to make room for think boot socks and it’s the best waterproof/toasty combo. Highly recommend!!

Tight instep
I love my Terrain H2O lace ups and was looking for a slightly taller, step in model for the wet winter ahead, so I purchased these based upon the wonderful reviews. I felt lucky to get the last dark brown available, but alas it was not meant to be. In my usual 9.5 size - length was perfect but the instep was uncomfortably snug. A half size larger would be too long and my heel was already slipping a little. Darn. Looks like a really nice boot. Still giving high marks for quality. Thank goodness for free returns/exchanges.

Best boot
This is by fat the most comfortable boot I ever bought. It feels more like a walking shoe.
Be aware, the shaft is very soft, not stiff like a leather boot. I do like that because it prevents rubbing on my legs ( I don't wear tall socks in the summer).
No break-in time needed. Fit is right on. Feet stay dry.

I have had this boot 3 years. Easy on easy off. Fits perfectly size 7.
Very little wear shown on sole and boot itself. I don't wear them daily but they have been in water and mud and still look good. Will definitely purchase another pair when needed.

Great boot, will buy again
These are some of my favorite boots. They are a great fit for my foot. Great to be in all day. I have a small foot and it can be hard to find boots that fit my width without being too loose and giving me blisters from rub. I have had mine for 4 years and the inside lining at the heel has just worn through. I will probably keep my old pair for the barn and wear the new pair to work. Thanks, Ariat, for great quality!

PLEASANTLY very HAPPY - Great Product
Love my boots. Used my orthotic 'relax option' arch supports since your insoles are so cushiony and comfortable. worn them all day or all afternoon on the first day and weeks while helping to put up barb wire fence. My feet didn't hurt at end of the day and no tired legs or feet. Love these boots. I am 66 and female. So happy with my boots, and they fit great.

love them
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how these boots look , they are lightweight and the leather is soft . I wore them all day the first time and they were very comfortable. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the material pushes down on the inside of the heel when I put them on and I have to wiggle my foot to get it back up (both boots do this)

Second Skin

The only disappointing part is that they start cracking and falling apart after a year of almost daily use and I hate having to replace them that quickly. They are waterproof until they start cracking and by changing what socks I wear I can use them year round.

Sooooo comfortable!!!

Would never again want to be in any other shoe or boot!!! These boots are AWESOME!!! PS They do seem to run a bit big. I went with my running shoe size but wish i would have gone 1/2 size down as the boot run a bit big.

Hard to put on
Hard to get on at first. When they do start slipping on easier, I kept stepping on the back and it felt like it was ripping part of boot. Very comfortable and fit very well when I finally get them on.

Best I’ve bought in several years!
