Excellent!

Perfect fit & beautiful look
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the way these boots fit perfectly and are true to fit size! I struggle finding wides that fit and these feel like they are made for me. I normally go up or down a size when ordering wides but these boots you don't need too, just order your normal size plus the width. Great in the snow and warm. These are not water proof and will be purchasing those next.The style is spot on for what I need them for, hiking, yard work, photography in the field and so much more. They are just beautiful! Ariat really knows how to fit someone too their own personal sizes. Great job Ariat. I can't wait to try more of your products. ❤️

Don't fit like they used to.

Fantastic for snow and ice
I ordered a pair of Terrain Waterproof boots this month and received them just in time for the polar vortex to hit! I was SO pleased with these boots - they kept my feet totally warm with only one pair of socks, the lacing was an improvement over previous boots I had with zippers which would have failed in cold, and dusty weather. The tred was bombproof walking the icy surface to my barn. These were better than my snow boots! Finally, I did get the chance to ride in them before the storm hit and no complaints there either. I highly recommend these boots for overall horse riding and barn working.

Best Boots Ever!
These are the best boots I’ve ever had and I’ve tried a lot of different brands. They are sturdy but not uncomfortable. They are warm and they are waterproof. It’s rains a lot where I am but I still like to go out walking and rubber boots kill my feet. These have such good support. I wish I had found them sooner. I have a pair of Merrell and I thought those were good but these are way better

Great All Around Comfort
In the past, I have been buying another type of work boot for work around the farm. I muck stalls everyday, do general barn work, a lot of walking on gravel lots and roads, general yard maintenance and hand mowing. I spend a lot of time in my work boots. I am very disappointed in the other work boot, which led me to Ariat. I have owned Ariat in the past, but only for riding boots, never work boots. These work boots are by far so much more comfortable that the other type of boot I had been buying. I have been wearing these new Ariat boots without my inserts (I have plantar arch & heel issues) and can certainly say these are doing the trick without any other additional supports. Very nice!! So now the question will be as to the durability of these Ariat boots. The other type of work boots I was buying wore out in less than a year (I went thru 3 pairs in less than 3 years). So I am keeping my fingers crossed that these Ariats last longer than at least a year. Time will tell. Thank you Ariat for making such a comfy, waterproof boot!! I love them so far. I have already recommended these to a couple friends.

Waterproof - no more wet toes and soggy socks.
I have worn Ariat hikers for many many years but this year I decided to try the waterproof ones. So far they have proven to be waterproof and my feet no longer are getting wet. Why it took me 15 years to try them is beyond me, I love them!

Where is quality control
What happened to quality control. I purchased 2 of these boots. I have always worn size 6 in ariats. I order size 6. One pair was a too big, heavy socks didn’t help. The other pair was huge!!!!! A friend who wears a 7.5 bought that pair from me. The sizing on the boot was 6.

Versatile, Durable, Convenient, Comfortable
Perfect for chores, schooling in an outdoor arena in the rain, trail riding, and for when you want to save your lace-up Ariat Nitro Paddock Boots for the dry days of summer. Very versatile, convenient, comfortable, and durable. Runs big and wide. In other footwear I wear a woman’s 9.5/10 or men’s 8/8.5. I have worn a pair of these in size 9.5 for a few years, and they were too big but I took up space with an insert and Sole insole. The second pair I ordered was a half size smaller in size 9 and the fit is roomy but a perfect fit. Fits my narrow heel and wider forefoot well. Black with black suede chaps looks great!

Comfortable riding boots for the trails!
Waterproof, light, very comfortable and appropriate for riding and hiking. I wear size 6 or 6 1/2 in most brands but always size 6 in Ariats. This is my first pair of waterproof Terrain boots…..highly recommend!

Didn’t hold up to my expectations
Bought a pair of these in February, loved how they fit, seemed like a really good buy. I’m hard on boots, we have livestock, so they would get wet at least twice a day. About 2 weeks ago, started getting a hole in one of them, and now I can’t wear them.

Wide and Walking Comfortably
I love these 7.5 W women's boots. They fit perfectly out of the box the first time I put them on. I have wide feet so I struggle to find boots that fit my whole foot. The toe box is wide enough but not tight. I can still wear a good sock and not feel compressed. Usually if I can find boots to fit my width, the heel area is loose and I end up with blisters. Not with these boots. The heel area is snug. When I tighten the laces the whole boot fits like a dream. And no need to break in the ankle area or upper rim of the boot. No rubbing as I hunted two days in KS, 3 hrs each day. I have only worn them in dry weather so I don't know how they'll do in damp conditions but I am satisfied with my purchase.

I'm cheating on my cowboy booth with these
I'm a generator technician and needed something I could work in and also use as an everyday hiking/riding boot, and these are fantastic. I feel like I'm cheating on my cowboy boots because these are just so comfy. I got a 1/2 size larger to be able to wear thicker socks in the fall and they fit perfect (usually a 9.5, ordered a 10). Zero blisters after wearing them for 10+hr work day, no need to break them in, and I can fit my spurs on them although it does make them snug on my heel. 10/10 will buy again when these wear out.
