In love!
Such a sleek and comfortable boot, I love it. It cleans easily. Fits perfectly, true to size. I’m a first time horseback rider and this boot it’s making my experience even more enjoyable than it already is. ☺️

Material is peeling and color rubbing off
The tongue on both boots is peeling and the color is rubbing onto my socks. Not sure if it's worth it to replace the tongue by a cobbler with real leather.

Great boot
These are my first pair of paddock boots and I absolutely love them. From the first day I put these boots on they have been so comfortable. I wear them with below the ankle socks and they are still extremely comfortable. Definitely would recommend them.

Great, dependable, comfortable, and long lasting
I love my Ariat paddock boots. Always comfortable and sturdy. I wear them everyday and they last such a long time. Great not just for English but also western if you have to wear a spur, the boot stays on your foot instead of pulling the western boot off when you need to use a spur.

Comfortable, Hardy, and Well Fitting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a new rider, and after many recommendations I finally got this boot. I was a bit worried about the pricing, but after receiving it and wearing it for the past few weeks, I can see it was clearly worthwhile!
The leather is soft and comfortable, and had softened to my foot. It's also easy to clean off after a long dusty day, and keeps all the water out! The only thing I would say is that after a lot of action the zipper might slip down a bit. It's never slipped all the way open, just a bit at the top, but it would be cool to see a mechanism to fix it in place in the future!
I really love how comfortable and nice it feels though. Absolutely would recommend. I got a size six and it fit perfectly.

I've bought these boots twice now in the past 15 years. They each lasted about 8 years with regular riding (3-4 days per week) and lots of wear and tear otherwise. They are lightweight and cool for the hot summers but still plenty supportive. I hope they never stop making them!

Suppler durable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bout a pair for myself five months ago and they are still like new Even though I wear them constantly. We bought a pair for a friend recently too and they are working great. Correct sizing is important because if fitted well they fit to your foot like a glove.

Basically immortal
After 8 years of almost daily use, I can attest that these boots can, and will, hold up. I am happily buying my second pair, and I highly recommend these boots. They are incredibly comfortable, and retain their comfort throughout the years. They are worth every penny!

Great comfy boots
I am new to riding and wanted some good boots and these were exactly what I was looking for. I ordered a 10.5 and they fit perfectly not too tight or narrow.

Not consistent with the brand name
I used to own a pair of Ariat paddock boots that are sadly no longer in production. Those things could take a beating. These lasted 1 year before the zipper gave out. It just locks up and I can’t zip the boot fully closed. They’re also not very secure in the ankle and tight across the instep. Overall not worth it.

Soft and supportive
Love the Arias Scout Paddock boots. They are comfortable from the start and just keep getting better with wear. I can work around the ranch all day with no foot fatigue. Also clean up well with just a few swipes of a damp cloth. I feel that this boot is also stylish enough to pair with jeans for town wear. They are my go-to boot now.

So comfy!
Love these boots! I was in dire need of new paddock boots and these are so comfy and well sculpted. I was able to stand for an entire clinic in them and have no sores or pain. I haven’t had them very long, so hope they last.

Replaced my Old Ariats with this model but...
My old pair had thicker leather and a better fit. It was cut above the ankle.
Could not find that model so got the paddock boot. Was too narrow so I went
up a size and a half for more comfort but longer toe now, still a comfortable fit.
Until I wore them for a day. the upper cuts into my calf all around. So now I can't
wear for more than a few hours at a time. I have thin to average sized calves so
wondering when Ariat designed this model did they not try them on to shorten
the height or taper it in? I gave it 3 stars as it seems like a durable boot and easy
to slip on and zipper up, minus 2 stars for the issue above.

The most comfort boots I have owned in years
These Ariat boots fit so beautifully. So comfortable, look sharp and feel safe in the saddle. No break in required either!

Good quality
I love these boots. The only complaint I would have is that the calf area is super small. So being a new boot, they are going to be super stiff and it is uncomfortable at first. Other than that, the material quality is great!

Great Boots
I bought a pair of these last month and they are comfortable. I love the zipper and have retired my old pull on boots that were a struggle to get on and off. I ride a lot and enjoy these for both riding and working around the stable. Thank you Ariat for the quality and the fair price.

I have always loved my previous pair of Ariat Paddock boots. Unfortunately, my feet have grown (!), and I am now a size 10.5. These boots don't come in that half-size. I exchanged them for the Eliza boot. I haven't worn them to the barn yet (won't stop raining), but they fit well.

Don’t last long, not durable
I bought a pair of these less then a year ago and the zippers broke and I can’t wear them anymore. Super expensive for something that doesn’t last, you can get way cheaper and more durable ones that aren’t Ariat. Super disappointed, I expect more for how expensive they were. Lasted less then a year. Not buying again

So Durable
I bought a pair of these boots three years ago. They've gone through a lot of wear and tear and have held up to the challenge. They broke in in just a few wears and I'm able to wear them all day long with no problems at all. I'm sure with a good clean and polish they'd look almost brand new! I'm so glad I bought these.

Very stiff
Like most new shoes, they are stiff. There were especially stiff and rubbed on my ankles. I wore then only once and the sole started to come apart. I ordered a pair of ovations instead, and they are a lot more comfortable. I will be returning these.

Great value
I always wear ariat paddock boots because of the comfort, style and durability. My old ones finally wore out after 6 years(!). I am hard on my paddock boots and don’t have time to maintain/take care of them so I wanted a cheaper replacement. The scout boots are marketed for a novice rider(?), but you could fool me. What’s novice about them? They fit the same, feel the same, look the same with the same durability at a lower price. Only difference is no pull tag on back of boot to help slide on. I always get zip front for convenience/laces breakdown overtime and are less weatherproof.

Held up for almost three years of little to no car
I bought these when I first started working at the barn I'm still at and these have held up to a heavy workload. I bought a different pair of paddock boots because I knew I'd want something waterproof for California winters. The boots have cracked and have some holes and one of the zippers is broken, but I'm honestly not surprised as I can count how many times I've cleaned these on one hand and I've never oiled these. If you're really bad with leather care, these will 100% hold up for a year or two.
