Love the boots, but already have holes
I love the look of these boots, and the soft leather, however, both of my boots now have holes in the calf after only wearing them for a little over a year. I really only wear my boots for lessons once a week, and shows so this is very disappointing. I have never had a pair of boots get holes in the calf and only after a year.

Great for eventing!!
I bought these boots because I needed something new for the show ring, im an eventer and these are perfect! Super easy to break in and I showed in mine the day I received them. Seems to be holding up very well compared to previous boot companies, only complaint would be a little big. Ordered x-slim and they're a bit baggy but no worries.

Buy them
I got these when I outgrew my Ariat heritage contour boots. The leather is noticeably softer than the heritage, and the break-in period is much less. They fit like a glove right out of the box and haven’t given me any blisters like my old boots would. I also love that they look like a more high end boot with still moderate price point.

Nice boots
I wore these boots riding straight out of the box and they were quite comfortable. My only concern is if they will be durable long term....that being said, they are not my everyday boots, just for show and special situations.

Very Cheap Leather Not Comfortable, Hard To Put On
Ariat you can do better than these boots. They have a cheap appearance and cheap leather that clearly won't hold up. To save money, they made the outside of the but weirdly tall but the inside weirdly short. I used to love my Ariat boots but was totally not satisfied with the quality or fit or appearance of these boots.

18 months old and the zipper won’t stay up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that they fit feet and legs right out of the box and are not the price of custom boots. I ride 3-4 times a week and find that during the last couple of months the zipper won’t stay up, and it seems to be getting worse. I bought them 18 months ago. Half way through my ride, the zipper has fallen to my calf or lower, usually on one leg sometimes both. But at this price, I don’t want to have to buy a new pair every 18 months.

Great Boot, Loose in Ankle, Not Super Conforming

I have not ridden in them yet, as my sizing is in between a slim calf and regular calf. I'm trying to determine if I should return and replace, or just hope that my calves grow...

Very Happy
I am so comfortable in my new boots. I don’t have any discomfort at all! I have not had any rub spots. It just took about three or four rides to stretch a bit to zip them up without raising my leg up when lying on my back. Now they zip up with no effort and even on warm days in Florida I am comfortable. The only thing I was concerned about was at the back of the heel in under a month (three days a week of wearing them) I see some wear. My paddock boots didn’t wear down much. I hope these don’t continue to wear down much.

Awesome boot - Foxhunter approved!
Break in periods are a thing of the past. These are buttery soft, are comfortable while I am out foxhunting, and I love the interior zipper protector they added. 10/10 would recommend!

Fit great and comfortable straight out of box
These boots fit and are comfortable right out of the box. After the first ride or two they felt completely broken in. I also have custom boots and honestly these fit better and are more comfortable. I have owned countless pairs of Ariat paddock and tall boots. I buy size 10 slim tall.

Great Boot Tight Fit
These boots are so classy! Definitely measure your calf. For some reason they fit more tight then previously boots I bought from them. I purchased them in medium regular, I’m 5’10 and weigh about 160lbs, so definitely more meat in my calf. I hope that helps anyone decide the right size for them. I have to say these boots do have a break in period. Not too bad behind the knee but the calf definitely needs a stretch. If I ordered a size up though it would be too baggie in the calf. Buy some boot stretch by der-dau New York and these boots will fit like a glove. Keep working on stretching them though, they’ll stretch over time.

Gorgeous boots

I had an older pair of area tall boots that I loved and we’re replacing them, didn’t bother to remeasure Moneybagg. I would recommend double checking my your size prior to ordering. They arrived quickly!

Beautiful, comfortable boots
I’m a professional jumper rider so my boots have to hold up to vigorous use while also being attractive enough to go into the show ring. These boots are absolutely beautiful and almost indistinguishable from Parlantis for a fraction of the price. Take a couple weeks to break in but then are super comfortable. These boots lasted me about 8 months before showing signs of significant wear which is better than previous Ariat boots I have tried. I like that they don’t have a seam on the inner-shin area like other models because that’s where my boots kept breaking due to friction against stirrup leather. The only thing I don’t like is the stretch panel on the top of the inner calf. Why put a bunch of stitching and leather flaps in a high friction area? As soon as I got them I knew it would be high-wear area and it was. Within weeks the stitching was coming out and the leather rolling up. I dislike this particularly because it puts extra wear on soft buffalo leather saddles. And I don’t think it’s a necessary feature if you get the correct size. If Ariat would remove this feature these would be the perfect boots in my opinion. Even so, I’d probably buy them again because the price is great for the quality.

Excellent quality materials and construction.
I forgot to measure with my breeches on so they were too tight to keep.
Sadly, the next size up would have been a full inch and would be too loose.

I thought the leather was rather stiff and poor quality. The leg was straight and hence bulky at the ankle. Sizing was a concern for me, but tall boots can be difficult to size. Returned the boots

i was pleasantly surprised with this boot. i’m used to very stiff dressage boots. these aren’t stiff but stiff enough to be passable. very comfortable and able to get my birkenstock shoe insert. nice quality.

Tall Riding Boot
I have worn - and worn out - many pairs of Ariats over the years, including paddock boots, half chaps, and tall boots. The foot bed is perfect for my feet and the quality is great. Am replacing my tall boots, which I use for both schooling and showing, after 10 years. That says a lot.
I am a 10 1/2, and sadly, Ariat has cut back the selection of boots available in that size. But the 10 seems to work, so am wondering if the sizing has changed some since my last purchase.

good boot for the cost
These are arrtractive boots, fit is excellent given the choices in sizing available … you didn’t go wrong. I found the footbed less that comfortable. I added orthotics which improve the comfort level but still not as nice as my old V-sports.

Beautiful Boot, but too Tall
I ordered these boots in a size 6, slim, regular, but the boot was too tall in the back and cut into the back of my knee. I was not convinced this wouldn't be a problem as they broke in, so I reluctantly returned them. Unfortunately, there are no shorter options for us petite equestrians other than buying custom-made boots. Having an option that was 1" shorter would be ideal.
