Ariat Kendal H2O Boot is rated 4.125 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cute, flimsy & over-priced So sorry to give an Ariat product such a low score after many Ariat purcahses! I was excited to see a warm, stylish boot with adjustable calf (I'm a 15") since the Brossards offer only one calf width that doesn't fit me. The Kendal foot bed seems "thin" and unsupportive. The calf leather is flimsy and although they have primaloft (my favorite cold weather insulation), the high price does not make sense. I found Bromont Talls in full calf (I have paddocks too), and they are amazing and warm and totally stirrup and riding appropriate.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stylish! Bought these to replace a pair of Dubarry boots that didn't fit right. These keep my feet warm and are very comfortable! I agree with another review that pointed out that, after tightening the cord to make the boots tighter around the calf, ther is a lot of extra cord hanging off the boot. It must be tucked in, and oftentimes comes unfastened. I still really enjoy the fit and style.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything I Dreamed Of! I have had these and worn them daily, sometimes from first muck through time in the saddle, through the last muck of the day and then out to dinner! I will almost be disappointed when it gets too warm for them. They fit true to my 8 1/2 size foot & dont' swim on my narrow calf. I do have to gently manuever through the ankle when I slip them on, but the fact that they are well fitted is what allows them to translate into a good "riding fit". They clean up easily and look so stylish that those who don't know about my equestrian life think that they were a fashion choice. What more could you want!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great looking, but no so practical I bought these for pony trekking in the Scottish Highlands. I have been wearing them for a week and am having second thoughts. They do not fit a narrow/long calf very well and tend to slide down while riding. They also do not provide much support. The draw string gets in the way and is hard to keep tucked in. They are warm and attractive however maybe not the best thing for riding and more suitable for just walking about. The footbed is comfortable and runs true to size, the shaft runs large. I would recommend it, but not for extensive riding.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Striking Boot - Not for a "Slim" Calf Lovely pair of boots! Was looking for an all-around boot to wear barn - city, that can also be stirrup ready, and these are near perfect!Leather is a bit tough, but warms up quickly to your foot. Typical Ariat-fitting footbed - narrowish toe. The "Teak" colour is beautiful and darker than I expected. I was also enthused over the pretty plaid lining, but small details like that normally get me excited!Regretfully, I did find the "FITS ALL" Calf sizing to be a bit extreme. If you are a Slim Fit kind of person (13" calf or less) and you want an actual fitted look, then these are not for you. (Plus, the drawstring will hang out by 4-5 inches and you will have to take the moment to stuff it all into the boot.)I have a 13" calf for a size 9 foot and found them to be a bit gaping at the top and very loose down the shaft, around my leg. If you have a slim fit leg, you are probably used to this; as I am. However, my goal is to one day find an actual slim calf-fitting boot that doesn't cost the same as a custom fit saddle for my horse - this was not that day.If you have a normal - wider calf then Carry on and Enjoy, because these were made just for you! And they are wonderful! :)
