Ariat® Heritage III Insulated Lace Paddock Boot is rated 4.875 out of 5 by 24.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from warm and dry I purchased these boots because I needed shoes that would keep my feet warm and were not as heavy/bulky as muck boots for ground work in the arena. I also wanted something that was waterproof since it can be wet going between the barn and arena. I have found them to be very comfortable and the size is just right for me to layer in extra socks. My previous pairs of Ariats lasted a very long time so I hope these last a long time too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these boot! They keep my feet warm in 20 degree weather without the need for multiple socks and dry in the melting snow and rain puddles. Also they are not wide and bulky in the stirrups. Boots are the same width as regular paddocks .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable right out of the box. I love these boots. They were comfortable the first time I put them on. It is winter and they have kept my feet comfortable and warm while riding and doing chores. Have only worn them a few times so far but am very happy with how they look and feel. My feet are wide and I wanted to be able to wear thicker socks so I did order a size up and it worked out great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great boots for winter! I bought some insulated boot last year that were summarily rejected by my daughters as too bulky. These have finally been approved! Thank goodness! Cold feet are the worst, but safety in the stirrups is more important,Mao happy we seem to have finally found both!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very warm! My toes haven't been cold since I bought these boots and that has been in 20 degrees or less and near zero wind chills. Great to ride in, too. They are not bulky in the stirrups like so many other winter riding boots. Order your normal size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Warm Toes! I bought these boots last week. I've only gotten to wear them for one of my lessons.... but I am glad I bought them. My toes were warm! Also I have pretty wide feet so I ordered the boots a half size bigger and they were perfect. I wore them to work for two days to break them in and it helped but of course the ankle is still a little stiff but I'm sure they will break in nicely! I am only giving them 4 stars because I can't say on their durability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm enough for Syracuse, NY! Bought these for my mother who rides in update NY where winters are notoriously snowy and cold. She has had nothing but great things to say. They were recommended by my Fiancé who is a dressage rider and trainer.I think most importantly for me was how happy I was ordering through smartpak. They shipped earlier than expected and had them delivered before the quoted date. Very happy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very nice but. . . I got back into riding after 10 years off. My insulated Ariat boots from back in the day were no longer waterproof and were just tired. The heritage III is beautiful but it does seem to run small and seems 'thinner' than my old pair. I have a narrow foot and these are still a stretch. So, warmth may be an issue but we're having a mild winter. I probably should have sized up but they are beautiful and support my foot well.
