Unfortunately once the pricing started going up I switched her off it and lowered to the regular smartstride pellets only to see her lameness come back in her hock and hindend that I now decided I am going to try and make the pricing work to switch her back on THIS formula because I was so pleased with how it worked! Can't wait to start it again. Also my mare is not a "senior" but this formula works well for her as she used to be a barrel horse with her previous owner and was run very hard at a young age.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good My 17 yo gelding had some creaking and popping in his joints, and sometimes struggled to get up after laying down, so I was looking for something that would help support his joints and keep him going strong. I mix a scoop in with his feed and he eats it no problem. He also seems a bit more active than before, with less signs of struggle in his bedding in the morning.

And the pony likes it--I don't have to worry about her leaving it in the bottom of her bucket! I've only been using it for a month, so it's hard to tell if the pony will be better on this supplement, but she's doing well so far!
