Nice product
I'm signed up for the 365 program with the bug off pellets and the omega 3&e powder. So far I love it and my horse has loved both products. He licks up every last bit of the omega. I havent noticed much of a difference in his coat since he loves to roll, but I'll keep you updated.
The bug repellent pellets worked fantastic for him. He would react really bad to bug bites with getting huge swollen bumps all over him. This product has worked miracles! The flies didnt bother him as bad and no more itchy inflamed fly bites

Wanted to love this
I really wanted to love the equinox program as it is two great supplements for an amazing deal, but unfortunately it just doesn't work for this Florida girl. My horse does really well on the Bug Off Ultra, as it eliminates the hives he gets from bug bites and other seasonal allergens. However there really isn't a consistent winter season in Florida, and I didn't start getting the Omega 3 part until January when I probably would have had it start in November or December. It is almost the middle of February and it has been consistently warm in the middle of the day for long enough that the bugs are back and he's getting some hives since he isn't on the Bug Off Ultra. I love the Omega 3 supplement, but since Florida winter is really just one day in the 30s and the next day in the 80s, my horse can't be off the Bug Off for the "winter" season at this point. Perhaps if we lived somewhere else that had actual seasons this would be great for us, but for now I'll just have to pay more for the regular Bug Off Ultra.

My horses don't eat fish oil
I love the Bug Off pellets and did not realize I signed up the winter supplement option. One horse is already on Smart Shine Ultra (which we BOTH love!)and it works so well without the fish oil I only need half the rec dose for my Fresian/Arab cross and she loves that supplement. She HATES this one and I'm not a huge fan of powders. And I don't like feeding my non-horses ingredients. And it's impossible to predict the Bug season in coastal North Carolina. No thank you to this supplement.

Shine, shine!

Healthy horse
I wanted the bug-off and decided to try the Equinox 360 because of the extra ingredients for bugs. I didn’t think she really needed the amino acids. But she now has dappling on her front shoulders that looks great. People have noticed & commented “healthy horse. “

Just started using this.
I just started using Smartpak on my horse. Anxious to see the results. My horse is on this and the DAC orange superior supplements. He is not a picky eater and eats anything but would not eat this the first few times. I got some alfalfa pellets and soaked them overnight then added the supplements to just a little bit of the soaked alfalfa pellets and he ate every bit of it. My horse gets skin irritations from bug sprays especially citronella products so I’m hoping this helps with the bugs when they switch it. We are going to take before and after pictures of them for the next few weeks to see if there is a change. As of now my horses coat is very dull and looks awful. Will write a review with pictures in a few weeks. Thanks.

Good so far!
My horse has been on this for about a month and 1/2 now. He is very prone to skin conditions like rain rot and scratches so I got this for skin support and immune support to help prevent these things and while it won’t get rid of it this seams to be helping keep his scratches at bay (he had a very bad case when I got him in the fall, worst my vet has seen). As we come into spring and have more mud it will really be a test but so far I love it! His summer coat is coming in and already seams shinier and his skin is less dry! My horse ate it right up but he’d eat anything honestly because he was so skinny when I got him!

Looks like wonderful stuff. Great reviews so I have high hopes. Smells great and horses love the taste. They’ve been on it a month and I’m waiting for them to get super shiny. Love the equinox program too!!!

Combo program: insect control and skin supplement
I live in SW Louisiana, where mosquitoes and horseflies are the predominant flying pests. I gave the supplement a fair chance, but after months of use, found little difference in bug control. So, I waited for the Omega 3 & E shipment in December to see if at least that portion was good. This was very much a disappointment also. My four horses refused eating this mixed into their feed. It is not at all palatable. We suffered through one shipment and discontinued these products entirely.

My Mare Won't Eat the Winter Supplement
I'm a huge fan of the bug-off pellets and finally decided to sign up for the 365. My mare won't touch the powdered supplement they switch to in the winter. I just canceled the 365, and I'm going to feed the bug pellets year round so that she gets the skin/coat conditioner. In all fairness, she is a picky eater and definitely prefers pellets to powdered supplements in general.

Can't see a difference
This product is paired with the the bug-off in the summer. I didn't notice much difference between my horse's tail switching and the three in our pasture that don't get the supplement. When it switched over to this product, my horse wouldn't touch it. Two months later, my horse is still not consuming the powder.

Great idea, but didn't see a big change
I added this supplement to my SmartPak because I enrolled into the Equinox 365 for the SmartBugOff in summer but it was still winter, so this shipped instead. The supplement smells great and my horse eats it right up, but I haven't noticed any visible changes. I'm sure it can't hurt, and the price isn't that expensive.

Helping my mule stop pining! :)
I had to leave my senior aged mule with a friend when I moved from TX to MN, and he did not transition well and lost condition. We started him on the SmartPak supplement and added beet pulp to his diet, and he perked up and regained his appetite. He is putting on weight again now. The delivery schedule of the product is very convenient and efficient, and it is good to know that the formulation will be automatically adjusted to suit the seasons.

Works!!!
I have been using the Equinox 365 for about 6 months now. In the spring and summer it is great to have the Bug-Off and it works amazingly!!! The SmartOmega 3 works so well in the winter months and it makes my OTTB's coat sooo nice! The only thing that I don't like about it is that it changes from one supplement to the other automatically through zones and you don't get to choose when. In my specific zone, I was still getting the BugOff when it was already snowing at my place so I actually had to supplement my boy with other stuff until it switched over on its own. I called to see if they could change it somehow but they wouldn't budge on that. It is honestly the only thing that SmartPak has not worked with me on. If I could change the dates of when the supplements switched, my rating would be a 5.

Great shine!
My one horse has issues with dry skin. I haven't seen any issues since he's been on this supplement. His coat is so shiny and easy to brush. I get compliments on how shiny he is all the time. I haven't seen the flakes throughout his coat like I used to of dry skin. I would highly recommend this for an amazing shine to your horse's coat. I've also had no issues with him eating it which is great!

I've seen a big difference in her coat!
I was working with my vet with one of my horses as I could not get to her stop itching. It was in random spots all over her body too. I decided to take a chance and see if a supplement would make a difference. I started at first with the smartbug off ultra and began to see a difference. The summer months in Florida are extremely annoying when it comes to the bugs and I had her on a coat supplement and the smart omega 3 ultra Equinox 360 was the perfect combination for me. It provides her with the bug off during the months we need it most and coat supplement during the winter months when the bugs slow down. I couldn't be happier with how it works for her. I notice that when she is off of the supplement she does seem to be more itchy than when she is on it and she is a picky eater and eats it without any problem.

In use over winter (then bug-off in bug season) - very happy with this! Our horse was body clipped this week and walked away with a shiny newly-clipped coat - no dry or dull skin. The shine is noticeable. Other people are asking about the shine. Very happy so far!

Hate it
It's almost in powder form and poofs up into my face everytime I pull the tab off. Not good for contact lens wearers. For some reason since the switch over it has caused one of my orders to be split in half so I have two packages to fit into the storage container drawer. It doesn't fit. I need to spend some of my "free time" (got alot of that, riigght) and research what I can switch to to avoid all the problems, I have with this "new" product you switched me to.

Great products at a great price
I had a horse come to me in October that was in embarrassingly bad shape. He had basically been neglected for a year. When I had seen him last his chestnut coat was almost purple, he was ready to show, and had a super topline. When he got off of the trailer, he was a BCS of 4, had no mane and very little tail, was bald and raw in many places from bugs, had a poor, dry coat, and dry skin. I hid him in my back paddock while I figured out what I wanted to do with him. All of my horses live on flax but I decided that since this horse had previously had ulcer issues, maybe Smartpak would be the way to go. So I decided on a GI supplement and then started looking at the coat supplements. I found the Equinox 365 and thought it was a great idea to try! Bug defense in the summer and a super omegas supplement for the rest of the year!! He now has a glossy coat, about 2 inches of mane growth, 4 inches of tail growth, and doesn't look 'patchy' anymore. I am no longer immediately embarrassed when someone comes to my barn and sees this horse who looks nothing like my others. I am very impressed by this product and would recommend it to anyone.

Great at first!
