Great Coat

I love this product!!
I am really happy w the smart omega 3 and e. I used to feed the smart omega 3 ultra but was really happy when they came out with the vitamin e option. All my horses are rescues, my older mare being insulin resistant, my young paint a wild mustang orphan foal who was malnourished and wormy, and my donkey a founder case, so they all benefit from the omegas and vitamin e for over all health, immune boost, inflammation, Etc... Really see a difference
Tried this mostly for the Vitamin E, since my horse does not get a ton of fresh grass. His coat was also looking a little rough and dry. This worked within weeks. He's shinier than I've ever seen him and his coat is SO soft and sleek.

Great for hard keepers
I have a big Paint gelding who is a "hard keeper". I was using Manna Pro's Senior Weight supplement, but it was getting expensive to use. We have been using this product for a few months now and the physical difference is amazing. He's building muscle, and he's finally filled out. This is definitely a must have in my barn. The calories are cooler than the senior weight gain too. I switched back to Cool Calories, but now I use half as much.

So shiny!

Everything I wanted
When SP added this option to the table i was very happy. My horse was on the bug off 365 but only got the Omega 3 ultra in the winter unless I manually added it for summer months and that was an extra cost i had to absorb. I was happy to switch to this one since he is already on a separate probiotic I like the added Vitamin E as he was just diagnosed with EPM so i was able to know how much more to give him based on this. Thank you SP you are making my life easier every day for my poor 17yr old QH

Did the trick!
after moving my easy keeper pony from central ky to central NC, she rapidly lost weight and vitality. more feed and excellent hay did not help so i returned her to central ky and started her on smart paks ration balancer and smartomega. 6 months later she is fully blossomed to her original self to the point we've had to take her off the smartpaks. Had i put her on them in NC, she may have been able to stay.

My horse is one shiny beast nowadays, so it seems to be doing a decent job in that regard, and even though it's a (somewhat oily, grainy) powder, he's not sifting it out and leaving in his bucket like he does most powders. I put him on this as he has chronically sensitive skin prone to severe insect reactions, cannon crud, and scratches. His reactions to bug bites have been far milder than typical this year- he actually gets to go out naked now rather than living in a flysheet 24/7 all summer. He has still flared up with cannon crud which I was hoping this would keep at bay, but I suspect it's related to the absurd humidity and nothing will going to stop it. I like this product but will be keeping an eye on his legs to make sure they resolve like they should. Great addition, especially for horses on a mostly hay-based diet as most hays are significantly deficient in Omega3 and Vit E within two or three months of harvest.

Seeing good changes!
I gave this review 4 stars instead of 5 simply because I just began giving it to my rescued horse 3 months ago so I need a little more time to honestly judge the results! So far it seems to be working, I can see good changes!

This product is oily and does not easily empty out of the container. Not an improvement over what was replaced. Flavor is unpopular with my animals.

Fully Recovered
My mare suffered a bad Lyme infection. After a long round of antibiotics, she was still not quite herself. Omegas plus E, along with some other SmartPak supplements, seems to have done the trick. She's doing much better. SmartPak couldn't be easier!!!

Great Results!
I recently got switched to this product due to a product change and it is safe to say me and my mare love it! Not only does her coat look great but she feels great too! Since she has been on this supplement she has gotten dapples on her stomach.
