Easy to use
I switched to this product to keep my monthly expenses down and the horses are doing just great on it. As a matter of fact they eat this product much better than the other smart pak product I had them and have had absolutely no health problems. They look great and are happy to work cattle on the ranch. Smart digest ultra is great.

Great product
I started my horse on this product because hes had also has in the past. I Want to be sure that he has a healthy gut. I like that it has Diamond V yeast and it comes with ColicCare. My horse eats it up!

Already great made better!
I've had my mare on SmardDigest Ultra powder for most of her life. After seeing the recent data showing greater results from the pelleted form, I decided to switch from powder to pellets. I won't comment on differences in palatability as she 'hoovers' up anything I put in front of her.LOL1

Irritable, cribbing etc.
I had my horse on this for a month, he's always had on and off tummy issues so I wanted to give him some support! My other horse is on the SmartDigest Powder so I figure I would give him the same - except in pellets because it says its good for hay fluctuations, training, travel (only to find out the ingredients are exactly the same, but both have a different description for some reason). So to the side effects - he was very irritated, he kept biting and kicking at his stomach but I was waiting a few days because we had drastic weather changes which usually both him. He didn't seem as irritated, but he didn't seem to be himself either. He then started cribbing. I've owned this horse since he was born, he is 10 now and has never done any of this. Called my vet and she said bran mash, give a few more days and lots of turn out time. Didn't fix it, he was even cribbing outside. So I took him off SmartDigest immediately and within 3 days all of the symptoms went away. I am pretty disappointed, SmartPak said they haven't had anyone else report these symptoms with this product. But this same horse is on a couple other SmartSupplements so, something must not have sat right in this one. I am still a loyal SmartPaker but this one just did not work for me! I would just like to mention I have 5 horses all on a SmartSupp and this is the first one in 2 years to ever have a bad result!

Huge difference!!
I switched my horse to this product a month ago and within a week noticed a huge difference in his behavior! He has been pacing in his stall for over a year and has had a hard time keeping weight on and a few other issues but since having him on this he stopped pacing, started gaining weight and has just been a all around happier horse!! Love this product!

Convenient and arrived on time on auto ship.
The order arrived on auto ship and the convenience Of the smart paks is great for my busy lifestyle. My horse eats the product and seams to enjoy them. Not sure how the long term outcome will be as my horse is 11 months old.

You can tell the difference
My trainer recommended putting my worrying Thoroughbred on a digestive supplement, as when he was starting back into work, he was having some digestive problems (loose stool, etc., from worrying about work). He has been on this for a month now and hasn't had a problem since we started him on it. Plus ColiCare is a huge bonus!

Favorite Supplement I've Used
This supplement seems to be doing great things for my 11 year old gelding. I'm in college so he travels between barns a few times a year, plus to shows and overnight trail rides, I have extra peace of mind knowing he's getting much needed digestive support. He also LOVES the taste of this supplement, and he's a picky eater. He will eat this plain, straight out of my hands and will sift it out of his grain bucket and eat it before anything else. My main concern was the palatability of it, but that proved to be a non-issue!

Works!
I wanted to also put my little welsh pony on a colic care just because my horse is on it and it just makes you feel better having them on it! I put him on this one because it was the cheapest one. He gets half of the maintenance dose due to him being so small that is what smartpak help said to do. He’s been on this for a year now and knock on wood no issues but he’s never had issues before either so guess hard to say? I do like how they offer this in pellet form too due to he doesn’t like powder and with powder it gets all over the buckets and hard to tell if actually getting all of it!
He is a picky bratty eater but he seems to really like this stuff eats it no issues. This one doesn’t offer as much Ingredients as the one my mare is on (SmartGI ultra) but it’s also a lot cheaper than hers so that’s why but for a little pony this works great! And keeps you feeling better too!

Horse stopped eating after a few months
I was amazed with this product at first. My picky eater ate it and it seemed to stimulate his appetite (which is why I put him on it) but not too long into it he would only eat 1/2 a serving a day leaving the rest behind along with grain. I had to feed every 2nd or 3rd day to get him to eat his grain. He ate better without the supplement in it.

My mare had really bad gas and she smelled really different from my other horses. Started her on Smart Digest Ultra and within a month her gas is normal and she smells like all the other horses now. Great supplement for my girl!

Horses Readily Eat
Just started both my older geldings on this to optimize their nutrient absorption, and decrease colic risk. Both horses readily consume their pellets without waste. Good quality stools produced. Ease on administration -- tear off lid. Pour into feed serving.

Jewel leaves her hay for her SmartPak pellets!
My 9 year old molly mule gets so excited when she hears me preparing her feed dish with her SmartDigest Ultra Pellets that her nostrils flare like little trumpets, she nickers (yes, she is bilingual!) and her ears stand erect with anticipation even when she could be chowing down on the hay in her feeder. She loves, loves, loves her pellets.
