Wish my horse liked it
I was excited to start my gelding on this supplement, but he hates the taste and will not eat it. He is by no means a picky eater, so it has to taste terrible since he refuses to touch it. Hoping he will like a different one in the future.

Horse won't go near it ;-(
I'm sure this is a great supplement and was really looking forward to seeing the results but my horse won't touch it. Called the Supplement Hotline at Smartpak and she suggested molasses and airing out the product to get rid of the medicinal smell. Still won't touch it. He won't even eat carrots that have touched the pellets. No good pellet or paste replacement products that Smartpak carries apparently either [don't want powder]. I'll try to find someone to give it to I guess. ;-(

My horse was on this for 10+ years
Finnegan received this supplement for more than 12 years (now switching to senior formula). From the start it kept him healthy, and I think this supplement helped him reach full recovery faster from EPM (5 times, from ages 4 through 14). He has been fine eating the supplement the entire time, never had an issue. I stopped using this supplement for 2 years (ages 15 + 16), and he hasn't done as well with less comprehensive support. He has lost muscle and his topline. That's why I'm switching to Senior Ultra today!

Wonderful
My mare has been on it for 3 years now and it is a staple for her diet. She came to me in terrible condition all around and and having this supplement in her diet over the years have helped her so much. I think the before and after pictures speak for itself!

My horse is thriving on this supplement!
I started my 6yo OTTB gelding on this supplement about 2 months ago and it has significantly improved his coat and body condition. He had gotten a little dull and was showing more ribs than I liked with the bad summer weather and flies this season. But after having him on this supplement, and not changing anything else with his feed or turnout/stabling schedule, or much of his regular work routine, he has filled back again and is back to having a shiny coat. (And I think his new hoof growth is looking a little better than how his hooves were looking, too.) While he wasn't acting or performing "badly" before, I have noticed some improvement in his workability and willingness under saddle, suggesting that he feels a little better overall (whether that's through his GI system, his joints, or both). And we loves the taste of it - he eats it right on top of his grain.

Great for my young horse
SmartCombo Ultra Pellets are an awesome supplement for my young Thoroughbred that just started over fences. I love that this product supports his slow-growing hooves and helps maintain his joints. I also feel good knowing he is getting pre and probiotics to support his hindgut while traveling to horse shows or during tough rides.

Horse wouldn't eat it
This product has everything I wanted in a supplement, unfortunately my horse wouldn't eat it. My horse is NOT a picky eater, he has never not finished every morsel in his feed bucket but unfortunately wouldn't touch this.
