Great results
This is the second month using SmartCombo senior pellets in my horse’s daily feed. His coat is shinier and his hooves are growing out well. I’m very happy with the results.

Exactly as I expected
I have to pre portion all of my horse's grain, so I like being able to scoop from a bag, instead of having to open each well on the SmartPaks.

Been on it since 2017!
My 20 year old gelding has been on this since March 2017 and he's doing great! His coat and mane look good, and he's moving well (thanks to the MSM!). His feet have always been a problem but I believe it's all the lush grass and the little bit of sweet feed he's on - I'm switching him to Equine Senior this month.
I didn't really ask much of my horse until last year when we started an exercise program and started jumping, so far he's doing fantastic and loves to play and move. I credit that to SmartCombo Senior!
He enjoys the taste too! He'll eat it as a treat if I hand feed it to him.

Awesome Supplement!
My 23 year old appendix gelding looks and feels so much better after being on this supplement. I originally had him on SmartFlex Senior and SmartHoof but I decided to put him on this for a few extra dollars for the added skin, coat, and digestive support. I could not be happier with the results! He moves out sound, has decent hooves now (they have always been flat, cracked and weak), and looks so much better than he did before I started him on SmartPaks! The proof is in the pictures! I'm glad I can give Rocko the comprehensive support he needs in his retirement.

SmartCombo was a major assist in saving my horses
Both horses had laminitis to the extreme. A conversation with my farrier, where he answered my question about soaking the hay lead, to a positive turnaround. I also began feeding Senior SmartCombo, which they love. I now have 17yr and 24yr old horses acting like 3yr olds, running and jumping with a snort, extremely healthy. The pain is gone, their hooves are completely normal.

Awesome combo and helps save money
So I switched to this awhile back (I can't recall 1 maybe 2 yrs?) to help save money, as I was buying separate hoof and joint supplement for my Rocky who's 22+ y/o. I was a little worried that there wouldn't be enough for his feet, but I have noticed nothing but improvement. Rocky is also on cushing meds and the supplement comes in 3 wells I give 1 in the morning and 2 at night with his meds and notice that the pro and prebiotics help his otherwise loose stool after the pill. Rocky now has the BEST feet ever, no cracks, splits or wall separation, in the 12 years I've owned him!! I believe it's a combination of the dry lot he lives on, cushing meds and the supplements. I couldn't be more thrilled for him and me!!

I really wish this worked out - my mini is extremely picky and this looked like the right supplement for him but nope he wasnt having it. Try something else for my little guy, but gonna try it on my mini mare she isnt as particular about whats in her feed bucket.

Great Supplement for Seniors
I have been using this supplement for my senior mini donkey and her coat has become thicker, shinier, and softer. She used to limp sometimes, but no more with this. She seems to be more energetic than she has in years. Love this !

So far so good.
JR has been on this supplement for almost 2 months now. I will give it the full 6 months to see if it is really helping my retired police horse/dressage horse/ racehorse. JR has done it all. His last gig as an 11 year police horse with Charleston, SC police force was the final blow to his joints. But, he is now enjoying retirement with his best buddy.

Great combo supplement for my 23yo mare.
I have been using smartpak for over 2 years now. This supplement by far is the most economical and effective that I have tried for my 23 year old mare. I adopted her about 2 and a half years ago and started her on the farriers formula and the smartflex. After finding the senior combo I switched. She has had no problems with the palatability and I am very happy with her comfort leve in her joints. Her feet seem to be improved as well(although the farriers formula may have been a tad better, but the price was just too much to justify it.) A bit of background on my girl. She was a former race horse,champion barrel racer and broodmare. Her last owners then took her to the auction where she sold for meat. I saw her picture posted on a rescue I follow and with the help of them she came into my life. I am so blessed to have adopted her from them. She is now my princess and I just love spoiling her with her smartpak products. I am very happy with the smartpak supplements and brand.

Yuck!!
This may be a very good product but I wouldn't know because my horse would not eat them. I did contact smart pak about this but they didn't refund me.

My boy hates this
I liked the idea of convenience and cost effective option to combine hindgut support with hoof supplement. My easy keeper 22 yo Thoroughbred ate it for almost a week. After that, he'd walk away from most of his breakfast. I split the dose am/pm. Same result.
My advise. Save your $'s.

It works!
On our second month of the Smart Combo Senior packs & everyone is happy with the results! Happy rider, happy farrier & super happy horse. We love our senior citizen guy and want to make him as happy and healthy as possible and this seems to be doing just that.

I bought this supplement for 13 y/o QH gelding. I chose the senior pellets over the normal one so that my horse could get the extra joint support. I absolutely love Smartpak's SmartCombo Senior pellets! They provide my horse all around support at a cheap price!

Love..love...love any supplement i order
I wish i had taken pictures of the condition of my horses hooves...vertical cracks on both front feet for over 2 years..i tried every hoof grease or cream i could find...they were all useless.i spoke with a smarpak representative and she suggested the hoof supplement i eventually ordered...2 months after starting it...his feet started to look better...3 months and they are perfect. I stopped everything else so i know that it was smartpak that worked!

Unsure of results
I have had my horse on this supplement for two months and I am unsure of whether it has made a difference. I will keep him on it on the off chance it does make him feel better because I saw great results with my 3 y/o on the SmartCombo he is on. I hope to see more definitive results in the coming months.

Excellent product!
I bought this for my 22 yo retired quarter horse that I had to put back into service due to injury of my younger horse. I wanted Hank to have the best advantage for getting back into shape & this product certainly helped him attain that. His coat gleams, his top line came back up & his energy level still amazes me. I realized how much I had missed working with him & have continued to ride him regularly. Put my retired twh & older mini on it also & they are flourishing! Thank you for helping to keep them healthy.
