calming pellets
wish i could say that it really helped my horse but it really didn't.going to keep him on it for a little bit longer.maybe my horse hasn't been on it long enough..we will just habe to wait and see.

Significantly improved focus and calm
I have had my wonderful thoroughbred mare since March. When she first came home with me, she was a scaredy cat and spooked at a lot of things. A lot of this was due to having been used in a kids' lesson program which she was not well-suited for, and she couldn't always have that confidence or trust in her rider. She was fed a LOT of Senior feed, which was also not helping. She had to be stalled the majority of the time and that was really hard on her as she strongly prefers to stretch her legs out in a pasture and snack on grass all day. Along with lifestyle changes (she is now on 24/7 turnout, I have gradually reduced her grain to only what she actually needs, and we have a mutual trust/respect when I ride her), I immediately thought of Smart Calm as a way to support her in the process. I had heard great things about it, read positive reviews, and had previously used it with another horse at the stable where I work with much success. She is honestly a different horse now. She is much more calm and focused, and doesn't stress herself out so much. She just seems so much more peaceful and I am so happy for her :)

So far so good
I've had my mare in this for a month and feel that she is less looky than before. Seems to settle in better at the past month's horse shows too.

I Got My Girl Back
I started this supplement in January. I have taken her to two shows so far this year. She was very attentive and cooperative! She use to be pushy and very distracted at shows. The last show I took her to she was in heat and there were stallions around-you'd never know it by the way she behaved! I also bought the paste in case I felt I needed it and I haven't had to use it yet. I feel that a combination of training practices and this product has truly made a difference in my mare.

Perfect for my mini donkey and my OTTB.
I adopted a mini donkey in May, and he was on the Smart Calm product, so I decided to give it to my Thoroughbred who at times has focus issues. I'm very happy with the results.

Easy to administer
This produce did help some. May try a different product with more magnesium. My mare doesn't get enough exercise and that is more likely the reason she is misbehaved.

Been on this for just over a month & I haven't really noticed a difference in her being more calm. I almost feel as if it made her more sensitive to things that never use to make her jump at. Was hoping it would help with her anxiety issue but it hasn't.

I have a 4 yr old Arabian filly that I bred & raised. She has been difficult since she was born but not "hot" or out of control. Recently she came back from 6 mos. of training and the trainer told me she had been very difficult and had put her on a "calming" supplement. I decided to do the same but had never used one before. I have received Smart Pak info before so I read up on what there was and decided on Smart Calm. Wow, was I surprised! Within 5 days I could see a change in her whole attitude and she was like a totally different horse. She is so much more laid back than she has ever been and much more cooperative in everything. Her attitude while being ridden has not changed but I think that might be a totally different problem.

I feel it's helping
I have been feeding my Driving Shetland Pony the SmartPak Calming Pellet for about 40 days now.
She stands quietier for harnessing and is more focused.
My driving partner says she sees a big difference in the quietness of the pony. She plans on putting her Mini on the pellets
I am very happy with the product; it certainly is not the answer to all my problems but it has helped I think.

Huge change!

It works!
I bought this about a month ago to help my barrel racing horse. She would get so excited as soon as we walked into the arena. Now she still gets excited but she keeps her head on and is much more controllable.

SmartCalm savior!
This is my go to supplement for anxious, nervous and green horses. During the backing and beginning stage of training it takes off the edge and the nervousness and helps them focus intelligently on what we are trying to accomplish! This and the SmartCalm Ultra are simply a staple in my training program! it doesn't make them dull, lethargic or sloppy like some of those training pastes. It makes them thoughtful, focused and trainable. Once the horse is more seasoned i can take them off of it and see a lasting change. Its a miracle worker!

Seems to help.
I tried this during the promotional 50% off month. I wanted to help my horse stay calm at competitions, he tends to get frantic and hollars a lot. I really think this helped take the edge off so I'll be keeping him on it.

Miracle Worker
This is going to be my 3rd month using this product. I bought it on a whim because the amount of magnesium inside, and I was pleasantly surprised -- probably the best investment I've ever made. not only is my OTTB mare less anxious she's also in less pain! SmarCalm calms anxiety and relaxes her tense muscles. I 100% love this product.

Happy rider, happy horse
My horse spooked and took off at anything and everything- generally just a nervous horse all around. Started less than a month ago and he now thinks before he reacts and is much calmer in new situations. It's way too soon to see the full effects, but this product has made an improvement already. Horse eats it right up. Dislike the smell.

Easy to feed.
I have been using this product for just over a month. It,s a little to soon to tell how well it will work for my geldings spooky behavior. He does seem better
already though. He doesn't mind the taste and it's easy to feed with his grain.
