Smart Calm Pellets
We started our Alex on Calm last month. It's early to say for sure he is showing results, however, we have noticed a difference in his demeanor. He has been more at ease in crossties in the barn (a problem area) and with raising his feet for cleaning and farrier.. He was prone to seemingly unwarranted blow ups previously and has recently been much better, showing little or no care for what is going on around and behind him. Due to weather he hasn't been worked as much as usual but when we have worked him he has been nicely attentive and not looking around for monsters.

Good so Far
I bought it a month ago and am seeing some calmer activity, but I'm told it can take longer. So I will continue with the program to give the program and my mare full advantage of working its miracles!

he loves the taste and eats it all up
I have had this supplement for 2 orders now.Blaze seems more focused on people. Have not had a chance to ride with the weather being cold but hoping for good results when I do.

Not sure of a difference
I had my horse on SmartCalm for about three months and didn't see much difference. After moving her to a new barn with limited turnout she became super irritable and began rearing and kicking out suddenly whenever taken outside of the barn because she wanted to go eat grass. After putting her on SmartCalm she did settle a little bit, not as much rearing and kicking, but still no focus and she was still quite a handful. I think it helped some, but it wasn't a noticeable change like I was hoping for. I think there isn't much of a replacement for turnout so I can't blame her, I'm moving her to a barn with adequate turnout until I can start her. She is not quite 3 yet. I'm switching her to Mare Magic, we'll see what happens! The vet thinks she's having a rough time with hormones, so fingers crossed she goes back to her easy to work with attitude.

My 12 year old gelding would only eat a small amount at first. It did not affect his behavior. Eventually, he would not eat the pellets at all.

Keeps my 6 Year Old Arab Sane!
I started my six year old, green arabian on this product a few months ago and the change has been spectacular! He is so focused during our sessions now, rarely spooks, and hasn't bucked in forever. He still has plenty of energy, but he is very happy and focused. LOVE this product and what it has done for him! Definitely recommend trying it, especially for young horses! Just keep in mind it takes a few weeks to see results in some horses.

Some kind of horse magic potion.
My pony mare was having days where she was content and happy and days where she was convinced that monsters were literally around every corner. After several bolting episodes with me in hand (for no conceivable reason whatsoever), I decided (at a friend's suggestion) to try SmartCalm. It is AMAZING. It took less than a week to notice a change in her demeanor. From paranoid to content, focused and overall cheerful. Today while a small toy aircraft was being flown near the barn, the horses were on high alert while watching it. She on the other hand, happily munching away in her field... totally unfazed by the small flying toy. Completely amazing!

It works!
I started my new Arabian gelding on this supplement because he is very high strung and it was hard to get him to focus during our workouts and training sessions. I decided to try the smart calm pellets to increase his focus and ease his anxiety, and it works beautifully! He still has plenty of energy, but he will focus and think before reacting especially if something spooks him. With smart calm we have really started to tune up what he already knows and our relationship has improved tremendously!

SmartCalm Works!
I have experimented with calming supplements and the SmartCalm truly works! I had my horse off the calming supplement and could tell immediately when I put him on SmartCalm the difference. He is more focused, does not get nervous and spook at the "boogie man".

Didn't work for my guy
I had been using Quiessence but decided to give this a try when smartpak had a sale on them. Overall I found it took the edge off my horse's spookiness, but it just wasn't what mine needed. Of course that will differ from horse to horse so I wouldn't count it completely out.

SmartCalm really works
My horse is on stall rest and she was becoming difficult to handle due to excess energy. I decided to try the SmartCalm Pellets and was really pleased with the results. Within just a few days she became easier to handle. She's not a "deadhead" by any means but the SmartCalm took the edge off so we can hand walk and do her doctor prescribed treatments.

So far so good
I added smart calm to my horses supplements as he is a 6 year old who tends to be a little unfocused and too excited while working I wanted to take the edge off and help him be the best horse he can be. It's been a little over a month and he's doing better already. He still has pep in his step which I like for a jumper but he's much more focused, listens well and has improved as a jumper because he is listening better.

I have a different horse!
My horse is seriously better after surgery and 5 weeks of stall rest than she has ever been in her life! Every single day I look at her and say "I can't believe this is my horse". And I have tried nearly everything with this dearly beloved animal. Full turn-out and at least an hour of all variations of riding and interactions 6 days a week, years of active research and experimentation, and this has finally made her pleasant and quiet to be around on a regular basis. No matter what her living situation, diet, or exercise program, she was tense, spooky, and not exactly one you'd hand over to mom while you run into the porta-potty real quick. Now, she stands quietly and enjoys being brushed, can be hand walked without fear of life and limb, and doesn't leave me waiting until everyone gets out of the barn to play with her. I always have confidence when I order SmartPak supplements, but this one has really blown me away! I no longer worry that someone who isn't experienced enough to appreciate her *spirit* will come in contact with her, and I really missed having a pleasant conversation with other horse people while also, you know, having a horse. I would highly recommend this to anyone I know. Thank you SmartPak!

It works!
After four weeks I hadn't noticed any change at all and wondered if I was wasting my money. Got my second shipment and at four weeks and five days, there is a huge difference. My horse isn't so worried like he was but still looks around when I'm trying to work in the arena. He gave a half-hearted spook yesterday; he's just too lazy to bother! Wondering if I should cut back by half to get some energy back(?).

Turned my horses life Around
I got this supplement a few weeks ago an my horse had a problem everytime id let him run full speed he'd buck an now I have a horse who's focused still an now we don't need a tie down!! He has plenty of energy an loves being able to run full out we went from loping in the 3d becuz I didn't wanna risk getting bucked off an now as of a few days ago we were 2nd in 1d outta 60 tough competitive horses !! I'm so excited I have a horse who can do his job to his full potential!! An so nice to trust him and not get bucked off cuz we all no that's not fun !! So thank u smart pak my horse will forever be on smart pak calm an ur other supplements as well!! Very happy customer!!

Works
I wanted to help take some of the 'oh my gosh what is that?!' Edge off the OTTB I ride without getting in to building serotonin, etc. This product seems to do the trick. He still looks ate hints, but is much less likely to spook or shy than he was before he started taking it. It worked fairly quickly...I noticed a difference after a couple of weeks.

seems to work!
Added smart pak calm to 10 year old with few miles and dramatic responses seems less reactive but also must say trainer and program made bigger difference. Still nice to have some back up. He loves taste.

Would not recommend
I was very hopeful that this supplement would help calm my young Thoroughbred but unfortunately I noticed zero difference in him over many months, even when using the ultra version. Disappointing. Save your money. As an aside, my horse gets regular work & was hand raised by me. An all around nice horse just spooky & hard to calm.

I have had my horse on this product, and had to use the Ultra for this mo.
It seems to work, alittle, but was told it may take up to 8 wks. , to notice a difference.
My horse has no big motor, just isn't getting rode as much as he was.

Smartcalm pellets
Belle is my rescue horse. She is 6 years old. After getting her healthy, my focus was on training. She was a little too reactive and unfocused, so I decided to try SmartCalm Pellets. So far, she has made great gains in training. She seems more focused, yet has not lost her curious and friendly demeanor.

Wonderful Product
