First off I would like to say I think the product is great at least while marketed as Seasons Biome in the 40lb bag at $77.00 on Autoship . I’ve been using the Seasons biome blend for about a year now on Autoship and was very Happy with the line .Although expensive compared to other feeds I thought I would give it a try . Both of my horses are Seniors and easy keepers and are doing very well on the feed . I do have to add water or they will choke on it … which is bit of pain but worth it . I really liked the whole concept of the added seasonal herbs to the Sainfoin pellets. Unfortunately Stable Feeds has ruined a good thing and has changed the Seasons Biome blend by taking out of the seasonal herbs and selling it separately in a 2lb bag and sell it for $43.95.00 at the same time change the name from Seasons Biome to Fundamemtals and yet kept the same premium price at $77.00 a bag even though the seasonal added herbs are now removed . I am not happy with this new concept and the added cost and will probably go back to using Crypto Wild and add my own supplements or herbals One last note I did ask sales rep why the reduced price from $77.00 to $43.95 she failed to tell me it’s only a 2lb bag ! I think it’s over priced for what you get .
