Probios Powder is a probiotic supplement for horses and dogs that contains guaranteed levels of Lactobacillus plantarum, Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus casei, and Lactobacillus acidophilus. Best probiotic for my horse!
I tried equerrys and fast track but this is the only probiotic where I saw a noticeable difference in my gelding! My picky boy didn't have a problem eating the full dose or 15 grams, it doesn't have a strong odor.

Seems to work
Helped to clear up some diarrhea but the powder doesn't stick to pellets well and seems to get left int he bottom of the feed bucket without some molasses or applesauce added.

Easy to use powder
Powder is easy to use with no clumping and a small amount goes a long way! Our horses' coats are very shiny and they are calm. Our barn cats always ask for some at feeding time.

It really works!!
I bought this for my 28 year old horse who had lost a lot of weight. Nothing else that I tried helped, but within two weeks I could see that he had started to put his weight back on and now, after a month on Probios, he looks awesome

Horses Gobble it Up
I bought this supplement for both my young horses after they went through a round of antibiotics. Since they have been on it their coats look great and their appetites have improved. Even my picky eater eats it all!

Good product
I have used this product regularly for years - at first just after worming, but subsequently as a regular supplement. Solved a digestive problem in one old pony that came to live with us who had had chronic loose stools. Now happy and with a clean white rump! It just makes sense that gut health is important to the horse's well being.

Simple and effective
I like to make and vary my supplements often depending on what nutrients my horses are getting from their pasture at the current time. My horse do not get any grain.
Probios is simple in the fact it has nothing else in it and it mixes well into other things.

It works!
My mare has constantly had issues with ulcers and colicing. Ever since I started her on this supplement, she has yet to have bell aches or signs of colic since. I keep her on it constantly and it's one supplement that make sure I always have enough of. Oh and it's reasonably priced.

Good Basic digestive supplement
This is a basic supplement. I like to give it before shows or stall rest or a stress period. Haven't seen any sign of it working or not, then again I use it off and on.

Works well and my picky mare ate it
My mare had to be on some heavy duty antibiotics which caused some diarrhea (which my horse is not prone to getting). After having to feed her another horse’s manure (which totally grossed me out and I don’t think my mare was too thrilled either) I purchased the Probios powder to keep her on until she no longer had to be on antibiotics. The farm owner suggested this product as she feeds it daily to one of her horses to keep her regular and it works great. I did feed it until the jar I purchased was empty, even after she was finished with the antibiotics. My mare is a picky eater when it comes to certain supplements, especially powders, but she ate this no problem. I don’t know if she were to remain on it on a long term basis if she would continue to eat it but for what I needed I had no problems.

Great Product!
I have been using Probios for my senior mare over the last year and half. It was recommended by my vet to help my mare's system with antibiotics and pain meds. It's a staple in our barn and my mare loves the taste! My only recommendation is that I wish it also contained prebiotics as well as the probiotics.

a good general probiotic
I can give this to any of my animals when they need it but I buy mainly for my horse for every day use. It's one of the best-priced and palatable probiotics with no extra ingredients that will set off my horse's allergies, so I can feed it without worrying, and he seems to be allergic to nearly everying!

Works great
Used this on my 25yr old mare who had severe diarrhea. Got it on advice of a friend who also has an older horse with the same problem. Works great. Since it is a powder there is no issue with her eating it.

This is a great product for multiple uses!
I originally started using this product two years ago when 4 horses tested positive for lyme on our farm. We did a course of IV tetracylene for them all over 21 days and gave them probios to support their system. This spring we've had crazy rain and a few of the horses developed hives as a result. Within 24 hours of starting this, the hives were receding and on their way to being gone. I am so impressed with this product that I am considering keeping my horses on it for an extended time.

A really great product!

very great product
My young horse started out with some rough times of colic and he almost had scours with one of the episodes. I learned more about the benefits of a probiotic and wanted help for my colt. I have been feeding Probios since May of this past year and my horse has had no belly aches and normal bowelmovements. I only wish that I could have learned about this sooner for my first horse. I wanted the best for him but I lost him to colic. So I highly recommend Probios. Save your hose so you will have long happy life together.
