Extremely Picky Eater Approved!
My horse is on stall rest from suspensory surgery and I decided to put him on a multivitamin since his grain was severely reduced. He is the MOST picky horse I have ever owned, and he will eat this supplement in the bucket without anything added! He won't eat any other supplement like this, so I was quite pleased!

Mega cell/ smart shine
I have started my horse on Omega 3 and Smart Shine and have realized a significant difference in his coat in just 6 weeks. My Morgan Palomino was a malnourished gelding who looks amazing now thanks to good nutrition and supplements from smartpac! The auto ship is the best way to go and customer service has been exceptionally wonderful.

Great value, works for a variety of horses/diets
I found this when I was playing with the Supplement Wizard and ran it through FeedXL for my 15-year-old TB (hard keeper), my TB/Welsh pony (easy keeper) and my yearling Clydesdale filly - all on very different diets. One scoop balances vitamins and minerals for all of them perfectly!
The small amount blends in with grain well, they all ate it right away. The price is great - it's very cheap insurance to ensure they all have a balanced diet. After a month I swear they all have shinier coats! I will definitely continue MegaCell.

I started my 4 year old on this after giving him a TSC multivitamin. After two weeks on this my sweet goofy guy turned into a monster and spooky mess. I think the ingredients have more B vitamins than he needs in this stage of his training. Took him off and three days later back to his old self.

Seeing some good...
Seems to be doing some good for a senior thoroughbred that is a tough keeper! A little more time on the supplement should give us more to go on. He does love the pellets and they are a great value! I started my Appy on them as well.

I started using mega-cel due to the poor quality of the hay last year. The horses are all easy keepers and don't get fed much grain, so I was worried that they weren't getting the nutrition they needed. They all shed out this spring with shiny coats and they all have plenty of energy. They all eat it with no problem also.

good choice
I did the Smart Pak wizard and the recommendation was for a multi-vitamin in my easy keeper on little grain and hay. This product made a huge difference in his coat and mane and tail.

I have two horses on mega-cell and it works great, Expecially with my mini horse, who does not receive grain, just hay. I feel better knowing that they are both getting what they need in addetion to their regular feed.

My horse is young and so far sound (knocks wood). I wanted something preventative, in pellet form, and a reasonable amount of money. This seemed to do the trick. I feed my horse sweet feed, so not sure how palatable it REALLY is, but it doesn't smell too bad. I don't see any positive change in her health, but I don't see anything negative either. She also has a bit more energy since she's been on it

efficient vitamin delivery
I recently rescued a miniature horse who was quite depleted. Since minis eat so little I had to find a supplement which would deliver the nutrients for her to return to good health. She is doing great and I plan to keep her on this supplement.

Good basic multi - but smartvites are better
I have been using this supplement for the last few months with my 3 horses. I haven't noticed any difference while they were on it. I think it's a good basic multi for the price but it is low in vitamin E, zinc and copper for my needs. It doesn't have enough of these 3 things to balance out a grass hay diet for a horse in no work to light work. I used FeedXL.com to compare this with smartvite grass performance and basically I can use a 1/4 dose of the smartvite performance and have a better multi for my needs than the Mega cell at a lower cost. For .25¢ a day at 25 grams (1/4 dose) the smartvite performance has more copper, zinc and vitamin E than a full dose (1 oz) of the mega cell at .36¢ a day. So I save money and have a better supplement (for me) on the smartvite. Your results may vary!

Great vitamine suppliment for horses
My 12 year old AQHA gelding has been getting the standard daily dose for 6 months now. I see an improvement in overall coat, skin, hoof and general well being. He looks and feels better than before. He has more energy, but is not too hot to handle. His forage is mostly Bermuda hay becasue he gets too hot when given Alfalfa. This supplement makes up for the vitamins and minerals lacking in Bermuda hay.

My 24yo Arab gelding has never looked better
I have owned my gelding for 10yrs, he was a rescue and it has taken me a long time to get him back to good health. Hes fine now but theres allways seemed to be something I was missing with his health, his coat was never as shinny as my other horses, espcially during the winter. So I entered my horse into the Supplement Wizard and it sugested Mega-Cell, I have been feeding it for a little over a month now and his coat is even shinyer now in the winter than it ever was during the summer, and he just has a healthy glow about him. Im so happy!

Great for Maintenance
I purchased this to keep my IR pony's diet balanced. She is on almost no grain, and she wasn't getting the correct nutritional balance. After putting her on Mega-Cell, her attitude improved, she started growing stronger hooves, and I had the peace of mind in knowing that she now gets everything she needs. As an athlete, she faces the physical and mental demands of jumping and dressage, and her body didn't function well on grass and a handful of grain alone.

Great stuff
I put both of my mares on this early in 2011 at two scoops per day, and they look great. Their coats are really silky, their feet are healthy, they maintain weight well, they LOVE the taste, and it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg. What more can I ask for?

Effective supplement
I purchased this multi-nutrient for my horse that has an underlying health issue. He loves the taste (not the case with several other supplements) which is important. At. One point this fall I ran out and bought a different supplement as MegaCell was Not available locally. Within a week he stopped eating. After several vet visits with no change, I decided to rush order MegaCell from SmartPak. Within two days he started eating and doing great since! He has energy and looks well. I'll never run put of it again

Good Supplement
I've been using this for years as a daily vitamin for my horses. It works great, the horses eat it willingly. They don't even notice it in their grain and you can even just offer it in the palm of your hand... course, mine are piggies :)

Great for winter transition
My horse is on good pasture in the summer but is transitioned to hay in the winter and usually looks scruffy during the transition. This was great! he kept a healthy looking coat and it was no problem to get him to eat it!!

Great for the easy keeper
As a trainer and veterinary assistant I have used this product for my own horses and recommended it to clients with easy keepers. Originally recommended by the vet I work for, I use this product for horses that have a higher body condition score. It helps owners know their horse is getting the nutrition they need without over feeding the chubby horse a grain meal.

Great product to balance out ration.
I use this to balance out the ration of a young pony who only needs a handful of grain. This allows me to make sure he's getting the vitamins and minerals that he doesn't get because of his limited amount of grain. Great product; my picky pony readily eats!
