Horse hates it!
I bought this product based on the decent reviews and the ingredients. I wanted something that would have everything my 17 year old Saddlebred gelding would need. When I got the supplement I was turned off by the smell and it was no surprise that my horse was too! No matter what I do there's a pile of this supplement in the bottom of his feed bucket every day. He just won't eat it. I'm going back to the Smart Pak brand supplements.

Excellent all around product
Our TB mare had trouble shedding, cracked & brittle hooves and joint issues. Grand Complete addresses each of these conditions. Her hair became smooth & shiny and she had dapples all summer long. She seems to be moving easier and her hooves have improved significantly. It took patience to see the hoof improvement, but they are much stronger now.

Good Overall Supplement
Good Overall Supplement when you consider the combination of joint, coat, hoof, vitamins, and minerals. I would be crazy if I didn't prefer it to be a little cheaper on the wallet. I guess you cannot have everything. :-)

Awesome Product!!
I started using this product about a year ago with my Palomino Quarter horse who had a bleached coat and brittle hooves. Now he is the darkest palomino color and is even going barefoot for the first time in his life! This product makes coats shiny, hooves strong and keeps joints in working order. I loved the results so much I started my new reining horse on it right after I got him and he has completely transformed. Its great to receive so many compliments at shows! I owe it to Grand Complete.

Shiny Happy Horse
I put my horse on Grand Complete after having a friend rave about it to me and the difference it was making in her horse. When I put mine on it he was coming out of a difficult situation (barn I had him out was going through financial difficulties and the quality of care had gone significantly downhill, thankfully we got out before it got any worse) so he was not in the greatest of shape - lackluster coat, shoes that wouldn't stay on, and just overall a moody horse.
Within a few months you could definitely see a real difference in him. His coat was much glossier, his appetite improved, his digestion was very regular, and he was just overall a much happier horse. I even removed the ex-stress I had him on for years from his smartpak without any repercussions.
My only issue and the reason I had to recently take him off of the Grand Complete was it's powdered form. He was eating it fine when he was on a scoop of grain, but due to a recent cut in his feed he stopped eating it altogether. I tried mixing in a bit of sweet feed with it but no luck, he realized it was in there and didn't like the taste of it and that was that. If your horse is not a picky eater though I would definitely recommend this product!

With the economy not so great, it's wonderful to find a product that fills many needs at a very affordable price. Strong hooves, supple joints, and a shiny coat all in one bucket! My horses highly recommend it.

Nice value
I have been using this product for 10 years and always get questioned about how do I get him so shiny!?!? My gelding is not a picky eater, he'll eat anything put in his bucket, so I can't say for others if they would eat it.

powder vs crumbles
I was expecting crumbles as the powder sifts down in the pellet feed my horse recieves. I have no problem with the quality of the product, just wish it adhered more to the pellet feed. If all you feed is sweet feed, the powder would have better adhesion.

"Grand" Value
If you are looking for a cost effective all-in-one product to maintain your horse's well-being, this is a Grand choice. Since it's a powder, it's not always easy to convince a horse to eat it, but it is rice-bran based so that does help some.
Grand Meadows has a lot of research and information on their website to help you make an educated decision. As an added bonus, you get "Grand Meadows Bucks" in every bucket so that you can order various products (sweatshirts, caps, grooming totes, etc.) from Grand Meadows.

Dapples galore!
Have had excellent success with this product not only preventing winter weight loss but also his coat looks amazing!! Shiny all winter and chestnut dapples all summer. Have also noticed that he doesnt loose shoes anymore!

Just her opinion
My mare didn't like it, and when I traded out that component of her supplements, she resumed "cleaning up her feed and supplements." I think the product is well thought out, but if they won't eat it, it doesn't do anybody any good.

Discernable Results
My TB-cross mare has been using this product for well over a year. Her hooves require well-scheduled care to prevent cracking and splitting. I chose this product initially because of her hooves and because I thought I might as well support her whole body at he same time. She has always had a beautify coat but since she started taking this, her hooves have imporved, her coat is silky and her mane and tail have lengthen. She has never refused it. I would recommend this product.

Excellent
Ive only been using Grand Complete for a month on my 7 year old freisianXthoroughbred and I can already see a difference in his coat; his mane and tail are soft and much easier to mantain. And his coat is shiny and smooth. Although its too soon to tell if theres lasting affect on his hoof condition, his coronet band seems more moisturized and I havent needed to use hoof dressing as often. Im interested to see what the next few months of use will do for him.

I have used this product on all of my horses and recently put my new mare on it. It is a great overall supplement and so convenient to have all of the basic supplement needs in one convenient package. The new price is great also. I can now get it in SmartPaks cheaper than I can buy it in bulk.

Great Broad Spectrum Supplement
I had my horse on SmartFlex Repair due to an injury, but it has healed and he now needs just a support supplement. I pored over the possibilities that SmartPak has laid out so wonderfully in charts and finally made the decision on Grand Complete because it provides such broad support. It supplies the glucosamine with the sulfur compounds it needs to be absorbed into the body. It also supplies the amino acids and minerals needed to help the body maintain its joints naturally. An added bonus is that it also maintains skin, coat, and hooves. Lastly, I was worried that he wouldn't eat it because it is a powder, but it is less of a powder and more of a ground down 'grain' looking substance. He eats it just fine! I am thrilled with it... and it's cheaper!

Seems to be good
I just started using this product this month so I only have limited results to mention. I have noticed that the horse's overall appearance has improved and her stiffness in the stifle area has disappeared. I am anxious to see further results as we continue this product.

I haven't been using this product long enough to see the full benefits it claims to offer. However, in just a few weeks I can see a difference in my horse's coat and hoof condition. If I continue to see improvement with use, this will be an excellent value (I purchased the 80 day supply) for a multiple range supplement.

Good Results
I've been giving this to a TB aged gelding who sort of has all the "classic thoroughbred problems". I feel as if it has really improved his feet (the farrier concurs!) , his arthritis is less troubling to him, and his coat stays gorgeous, despite the fact that he's able to go in and out 24/7, sun and all.
