Packed with probiotics, prebiotics, antioxidants, and vitamins, these palatable pellets support a healthy gastrointestinal microbiome, dietary nutrient absorption, and overall wellness in horses. The primary prebiotics and probiotics in this supplement work together to maintain normal stool, a healthy response to microbial infections, and support the continued health and viability of beneficial gut bacteria during periods of stress. Additionally, calcium carbonate serves to buffer excess gastric acid. Citrus bioflavonoids act as antioxidants to protect your horse from oxidative stress and, together with omega 3 fatty acids, support a normal inflammatory response. Rated 5 out of 5 by GraceN from Works Great! I am a long time user of Equithrive Joint and it has always helped my horses stay sound. I recently purchased a young quarter horse who was malnourished and wormy. After deworming and getting his vitamin and mineral needs met he had very loose stool and lots of gas. We put him on Equithrive Gut, knowing Equithrive makes good products. After about 30 days his loose stool became perfectly formed piles and is nowhere near as gassy! He has now been on Gut for 2 months and all gastrointestinal issues have resolved. Highly recommend trying this supplement if you are dealing with loose stool and/or excessive gas!
