Only supplement my vet recommended
I have a thoroughbred who has DSLD. All has been done for her. We are monitoring her heartbeat. She has been taking this for a month. A very picky eater her supplements were always pellets. Surprised to find she eats it mixed with Senior & Strategy. We believe Cosequin + is giving her some relief. Sweetest mare we are heartbroken

Great start
I stocked up on 3 containers of this when Smartpak had a sale. I was adopting an 17 year old Standardbred who had a difficult life of working for the Amish. My horse was doing ok after being restarted under saddle and was sound at the walk. When it started to get colder, he started to get grumpy. He is usually pretty easy going and agreeable so this was new. So I started the Cosequin ASU + with the loading dose on December 1st. Today we went for a ride and although he is still a little short strided in front, which is his norm, he was cooperative, agreeable, and willing. I do think he is feeling better, even after this short time. We will be using this all winter and see how he is in the Spring.

Love! Love! Love!
Have been on this since my horse broke his elbow into the joint last year per vet reccomendations. (Fully healed and working again) the once creaky hocks now move great and we have not once noticed a problem with his elbow joint. Pony looks and feels great!

Easy & tasty.
I bought this because my Vet recommended it, even tho my mare is only 10 years old. Preventive joint support is crucial to equine joint longevity.
He said there has been much testing on this product that indicates its benefits.
My mare sniffs the jar each time I open it. She like it.

My horse will not eat it!
He slowly stopped eating this supplement over the course of the last three months, now he just eats around it. It's too expensive to keep him on a supplement that he may or may not be consuming. I wish this had a pelleted option to at least try!

Works!!!
I love this stuff! We show on the quarter horse circuit, we are on the road and my horse is in heavy training, instead of having vet bills to keep my horse comfortable in the joints I use this. It has helped tremendously. Even though it is a powder my horse eats it no problem.

I bought this supplement to help my horse who had pain in her hocks and didn't want to start injecting them. After about a month she is not longer lame and has no problem being ridden! She also licks her feed tub clean. Recommend this 100%

Hugh difference in my horse!
I've had my horse, Stoney, for a year now and he's had stifle issues all along. My vet didn't feel it was serious and it could be worked out with consistent workouts. He just turned 6. Within 2 weeks of starting Cosequin ASU Plus (6 weeks ago) Stoney was stepping into the canter without any problems and felt well balanced. Pain in his back was gone too. When I reduced the Cosequin I noticed the pain returned. The direction say you may need to increase dose with increased activity. So, after 2 weeks of increasing the Cosequin to it's original dose Stoney is noticeably without pain once again. The pain is gone twice since I've had him and it's only after he's taken the right amount of Cosequin. Coincidence, I don't think so.

Helps my arthritic horse's joints
I have had my 15 year old dressage horse on this product for about 5 months now. I highly recommend it. It is definitely an expensive product, but SmartPak has the lowest price I've found and it is definitely worth the buck.

Wish it was available in pellets
Great product however, I am seeing a lot of days where my horse has left over powder from this supplement in his bucket. Wish he was getting the full quantity. Going to give it another month and if he continues to have significant amounts left over i will switch back to a pelleted join supplement.

I bought this product 2 m9nth ago for my 8 year old morgan mare who sometimes starTed her workouts a but stiff. She seems much softer join wide and warms up much quicker, clearly her joints are more comfortable!

Excellent product.
Cosequin ASU has definitely helped my 21-year-old horse, who has arthritis. After taking it for a week or so, he was moving better and obviously with little or no pain. He is no longer cranky! It helped much more than other products I had tried.

This Product work's
My 8 yr old Made had a bad stifle injury when she was 3. She was very uncomfortable in the canter and bucked occasionally to protest. She has been on this for 69 days and I can not believe the difference. She is happy to canter and her gates are more fluid in movement. I am a true believer in this product. As they say the "proof is in the pudding".
