With my veterinarian's assistance, we were able to come up with a plan that began with medication and transitioned into supplements for therapeutic purposes. APF was one of these supplements, and a great asset to the success of recovery in both of my geldings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tina57 from My trainer has now switched other horses to this I got this for my yearling paint in 2014 and loved the results. As she grew older I did not notice a difference if she was or wasn't on the product. April 2016 she went into full time training. My trainer asked me to put her on Perfect Prep Training Day which I did. She was also give Omeperzole for 30 days August 2016. She is very touchy and becomes a bully if she doesn't like where you touch her. I suggested to the trainer that I put her back on the APF Pro. With the shipment December 2016 this will be the 3rd month that she has been back on the APF Pro. My trainer last month asked where she could get this because she wanted to put two other horses on it...I now realize that the reason I saw no results in the past was due to the dosage being too low. I have my 3 year old paint on 10 mils per day. I like to have a bottle on hand as well so that we can increase the dosage on show days. The only draw back with my filly is that she is a picky eater and initially the wafers need to be crumbled in her food which is really no big deal. I prefer the wafer to the bottle because I know she is getting the same dosage daily.

Now I heard a well respected vet speaking on Lyme and the important role the immune system plays. She recommends this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by kharisma from Melanoma treatment My horse has a melanoma on his back right underneath the left back of saddle. Tried everything out there. An holistic vet recommended this for treatment. It has been one month and the melanoma more than 50% reduced and top has healed. I have not been riding during this time, so perhaps that has something to do with it. Another friend, with a horse that has alot of melanomas either totally cured them or greatly reduced them. Worth a try if you're having that issue and have a grey horse. :)

I got this for foal who coliced (possibly due to ulcers) after talking to the company owner who swayed me with studies that showed it helped prevent ulcers. The problem is I have know way of knowing if it is doing any good. If it were less expensive, I might order another bottle, but at this inflated price (I used herbal preparations for myself so I'm familiar what this should cost) I don't know if I will continue. .
